Great location

Had a great week at Marie’s apartment in the Grand Pyramid. Well appointed with fantastic views, the apartment is only 10-15 mins stroll to both the beach and the town. We plan to return!

Our second stay at Marie’s apartment. Communication with Marie was good, check in was easy. The beach, supermarket, restaurants and shops are all in easy walking distance. Apartment is spacious, air conditioned and has a great outside terrace. Highly recommended.

Communication with Marie, the owner, was easy and very helpful with regard to the check-in process. All very smooth. The apartment is in a great location, close to the marina, bars and restaurants, and a short walk to the beaches. The apartment itself was great, very clean and spacious, with a great outside space. Accommodation for wedding/vacation

We were 4 adults from Wales staying in the property for a wedding in Maugio. The accommodation was in a perfect location for the commute to the wedding but also to explore the area. The property has everything you need for your stay. There is a Lidl next door for all your provisions. The view over the marina was fantastic. It was close to the restaurants and bars and to the beachfront. Marie was the perfect host. Whenever we contacted her regarding our stay she promptly replied and was very informative about the area. I can highly recommend this apartment and also the restaurant le Marin sol which is opposite Lidl.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen

Die weitläufige Wohnung ist ordentlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles hat funktioniert - die 2 Ledersofas waren klasse. Es waren sogar Ersatzbatterien für die Fernbedienungen da. Die Klimaanlagen haben einen super Job gemacht, bei Außentemperaturen über 35C äußerst angenehm.Die Terrasse und die Außenmöbel hätten ein bisschen sauberer sein können (viel trockene Blätter in den Ecken, Spinnweben, ein kaputter Beistell-Hocker) - die Liegen und Stühle waren aber stabil und absolut in Ordnung. Der Aufzug in den 9. Stock war super, ebenso der schattige Parkplatz für das Auto. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Wir haben die Zeit wirklich sehr genossen. Alle wichtigen Läden wie Bäckerei, Fischhandlung und Supermarkt waren in Laufweite - also ein perfekter Urlaub! Sehr gerne wieder einmal!!!

Très bel appartement lumineux au neuvième étage. Deux grandes chambres et une chambre-cabine. Copropriété bien tenue. Grand parking sécurisé et deux places privées numérotées attribuées aux locataires de l'appartement. On peut regretter cependant que ces emplacements puissent être occupés au retour de nos déplacements, ce qui ne fut jamais le cas pour nous en ce mois de mars peu fréquenté, mais en période de haute saison ? Résidence très calme en cette saison.La copropriété est sécurisée par des codes d'accès et des clefs.Tous commerces à proximité.Copropriétaires sympathiques et accueillants, y compris l'homme de ménage.Nous avons eu un temps exécrable en ce début mars et espérons revenir dans de meilleures conditions, peut-être un peu plus tard dans la saison...La propriétaire Marie est très accueillante et disponible.

Appartement spacieux et agréable, très bien équipé. Vue magnifique sur la Grande Motte!! (Quelque soit la pièce, vous êtes attirés par la vue) Idéalement situé : plage, supermarché, centre ville, restaurants, port... tout au pied de l'immeuble. On ne peut pas rêver mieux.

L'appartement est magnifique et bien situé à 5 mn à pied de la plage et du centre animé de la Grande Motte. Excellents commerces juste en face recommandés par Marie qui nous a bien accueilli. La décoration, le confort (literie et électro ménager ) sont parfaits. La grande pièce à vivre avec ses deux salons et sa vue sur le port était un pur bonheur. La cuisine est très bien équipée. L'espace, la vue depuis la terrasse et les baies vitrées, la lumière et l’immense terrasse sont les principaux atouts de cette location. Les deux places de parking sont indispensables et bien pratiques même si nous n'avons pas eu besoin de prendre la voiture. Petit supermarché à 5 mn à pied.

En plein centre de LGM, proche des commerces, vue magnifique avec des couchers de soleil d’anthologie. Propriétaire charmante et très à l’écoute. Propreté et qualité du linge mis à disposition. Les seuls points négatifs : bruits de circulation et climatisation plus puissante souhaitable.
