This beautiful, split-level home features wood and stone accents with all the amenities for a relaxing getaway. As you enter this home, you’ll walk up just a few steps to the spacious living room flooded with natural light. This room has a wood burning fireplace set into the gorgeous stone accent wall. In the warmer months, you will enjoy the cool air conditioning. You'll also find the dining room, with seating for 6 and a fully stocked kitchen.

Upstairs are all three bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a King bed, cable TV, vanity and adjacent bathroom, finished in beautiful granite tile with a soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom includes a twin bunk and a twin bed, ideal for bringing the kids along, and the third bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the family room for additional sleeping space.

Head downstairs to find a cozy family room ideal for movie night with flat screen TV. There’s an adjacent full bathroom with walk-in shower and the laundry room on this level.

Relax in the private hot tub, enjoy a BBQ on the spacious back deck, or a game of Ping Pong. At 8 Pioneer Lane, you will also be in close proximity to Sage Springs Club and Spa and the tennis courts.

Excellent property with great outdoor space. Great location for the bike paths and close to the Sunriver Resort and Village. Very comfortable accommodation. Would definitely recommend this house to anybody looking for a great property to stay in for their trip to Sunriver.

Wonderful Stay!

This was our second visit to this property and is now established as our go-to in Sunriver. You can't beat the location for trail riding, indoor woodburning fireplace was a hit with the kids, and as always we love the hot tub. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

House was beautiful and quaint. It was a place we enjoyed and although host was nice and responsive, the fireplace chimney was not working properly so house was exceptionally smokey from the time we walked in. We left with headaches, itchy eyes, and stuffy noses.

No AC during 100 degrees was pretty unbearable, even at night, but otherwise we had a great weekend with our adult kids.

Beautiful, quiet property that was well equipped.

I loved our stay here. My only issue is that the grease trap was completely full on the bbq. I did not check it before starting the grill, and it caught on fire. There was no damage due to my fast acting, but it ruined my food.

Very nice, comfortable home!

The house we stayed in was so nice. It was even nicer than the pictures! We had everything we needed, the house was well-supplied with great kitchen items, the beds were very comfy and warm, the hot tub was very nice and perfectly clean. The location was peaceful and felt very private. We would definitely choose this home again.

Sunny days in Sunriver

Beautiful area, though the roads back in this neighborhood are confusing as they all look very similar. Map provided by the property was vital since we all had limited battery from being on a backpacking trip the week prior and Google Maps was eating up too much battery to keep on the navigation. Check in process was very hands off which made it feel like we were coming home to a place we owned! The portal login process for information about the property was my only drawback, as that made it somewhat difficult to track down and share info we needed right off the bat like WiFi code, but once we figured that out we were good to go. Hot showers followed by hot tub were wonderful after several days on the trail. Would love to stay again sometime with our families and rent out both 8 & 9 for space and numbers reasons!

Great proximity to the Village

This house had lots of space. The back decks are broad and wide with a whimsy about it. The house had all the essentials. the ping pong table was fun. The hot tub needed to be cleaned, but Bennington swooped in within hours to have that done. Great customer service!

Nice house nice yard great place to stay

The house was clean, roomy, the kitchen well appointed and the hot tub was great fun! We were two families with two smaller dogs and we all had lots of room to roam. The area was shady and quiet. We were there during the heat spell and the house remained cool enough to feel fine. Lots of fans at night!

Nearly perfect

The house is really cute! The kitchen is well stocked, the hot tub was very relaxing and there is plenty of space. Love the upstairs shower! The bikes were in good condition and the neighborhood is nice, it is a short walking distance to the shops. The only problem is that the beds were really firm. Some people like that but it hurt my back. So I recommend bringing a mattress pad if you need a soft bed.

This house was beautiful and well stocked. Dealing with the property management company to book and pay was a headache. They were in the middle of converting systems so I spent a lot of time on the phone figuring out how to pay for my stay. Hopefully they got things worked out now.

We will rent again

The check-in process was easy. The property had a very cool lodge/cabin vibe. We had 2 adults, 5 kids and a dog. The kids loved the “man cave” TV room and spent most of their indoor time in there. Fireplace was great, but bring your own ax (wish we would have known). Hot tub was secluded and great after long days at the mountain. Beds were comfy! Bennington properties also manages the house next door, so my brother and his family stayed there. It was nice having them so close, but we had our own space too:)

Very clean ans cute

The place was clean, check in process very simple. Clear instructions for check out. They had newer appliances, fully stocked kitchen. Hot tub was clean and ready for use upon arrival. The bathrooms were really clean and had plenty of towels. Game boards and bikes accessible. Very good location. Overall great experience.

Cute and Cozy

We stayed here recently with our two kids and two friends. The house was perfect for the 6 of us and we loved all that it had to offer, especially the hot tub and bikes. The only frustration was that I had tried to contact the property management company about an early check-in multiple times via email and text and never heard back. We also noticed a few bug situations around the house. The tub in the bathroom upstairs looked amazing but was covered in little bugs so we were unable to use it. We let the company know about those issues and they said they would look into it. There was also some confusion on check-out time. The email we got said noon and then the morning we were supposed to check out we got a text saying we needed to be out earlier which caused some chaos with some online meetings we had.
