Beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath cottage, in the coastal historic Bryant Park neighborhood. Updated kitchen, bathrooms, new washer/dryer, electric & plumbing, and hardwood floor. Large driveway, with decorative paver. Fenced yard, & large 12 ft x 22 ft screened in lanai. Bocce ball/corn hole court, out door shower. A putting green out front, Great location, just steps from Lake Worth's main street, Lake Avenue which features fine dining restaurants and shops. Walk to nearby Bryant Park or Lake Worth Beach! there is also a bus to the beach, and 10 minutes to PBI Airport

location, downtown is up the street , beach is a mile away. Bryant Park two blocks east and its 6 blocks long. great place for kids of all ages. beachbonfires on the beach, block parties down town, food truck invations, and just plain ole friendly people.
