Why not stay in a perfectly positioned, incredibly updated house that overlooks MAGNOLIA LAKE and fountain with ocean views from both decks. Our home has 4 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms, and a outdoor shower. This home has beautiful amenities such as granite and quartz in the kitchen and bathrooms, tile/hardwood throughout and custom composite decking on both levels. The large decks are perfect for relaxing in the sun or shade while enjoying the ocean breeze.
We're just a short walk to the beach, recreation center, pools, and new water park. There are ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms, family room and kitchen, along with TV’s and expanded cable in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all brand new supplies that will be more than you need to cook and serve your meals including as well as a gas grill for your BBQ needs. A washer/dryer plus irons and ironing boards are also provided. There is an outside hot/cold shower for washing off the sand after a fun-filled day at the beach. There is covered parking under the house for four cars. We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do.
