Lovely duplex flat facing the slopes in Serre Chevalier for 8 to 10 people

This flat will seduce you with its ideal location, as it is facing the slopes and only a few metres from all shops and amusement centres. It is located on the last floor of a 3-story residence. The flat is in a quiet setting; its warmth and its practical side (fully equipped kitchen) will allow you to share great moments with friends and family. There is a private ski room on the ground floor, as well as a mountain area in the residence hall that will allow you to get ready to enjoy the close slopes to their fullest. Every year, this valley attracts many tourists, during winter due to its fantastic ski resort, but also during summer since it allows travellers to practise many different sports and leisure activities. The surrounding landscape is incredibly beautiful too. The flat can accommodate up to 10 people. You will be able to enjoy the 3 flat screen TVs, all located in different rooms. There is a car park at the foot of the apartment building. For more information, please visit our website. Ski boots and skiing are forbidden inside the flat.

Delightful duplex

Our party included 4 adults and 4 teenagers; I would say this flat was the perfect size for us with a living area upstairs and downstairs. The flat is super well- equipped and is cosy and comfortable. Also very conveniently located near shops, ski hire and slopes. Would definitely return

comme quoi les avis des uns et des autres peuvent diverger ;) nous avons reçu de nombreuses familles de 8 à 10 personnes qui n'ont pas émis de remarque .... il y a 3 chambres dont 1 pour une famille de 4 et 2 salles de bain .....après il ne faut pas oublier que c'est un appartement de vacances et non d'habitation à l'année ....

Bel appartement bien situé, bien équipé et confortable. Très bon accueil sympathique de M. Bellon. Petites remarques: Ecoulement dans la salle de douche à l'étage très lent Rambarde de la mezzanine plutôt branlante Je trouve anormal que la caution soit encaissée dès la réservation de la location en Novembre, soit 3 mois avant le début de la location. J'espère que vous ne tarderez pas à me la rembourser.

Appartamento fornito di dotazioni nettamente superiori alla media (cucina veramente completa, biancheria letto e bagno, quattro tv, canal+, apple tv, pc con accesso internet , hi-fi ecc.), Spazi ben distribuiti e servizi adeguati. Ideale anche per due coppie con bambini . Posizione vicina agli impianti della stazione sciistica e a pochi passi da negozi e ristoranti. Accoglienza puntuale e cordiale. Da tenere presente solo che è al terzo piano (senza ascensore).

Accueil parfait et appartement très propre. Les lits et les oreillers étaient confortables. Bien pour 7/8 personnes, plus est possible mais pas top confo. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Pas vraiment au pied des pistes mais pas très loin - peut-être 5-7 minutes à pied. Près des commerces, pratique.

Excellent séjour passé dans ce belle appartement. Celui ci est très bien équipé lave vaisselle, TV, 3 belle chambres, hifi BOSE, canal sat..... il est bien situé sur la station et proche des pistes. L’accueil était super.... A choisir les yeux fermés si vous voulez skier sur serre-che. Cyrille.

tres bel appartement

tres bon sejour l appartement est fonctionnel tres bien decore bien equipe et pas loin des remontees le wifi fonctionne parfaitement il y a meme canal+ seul bemol le casier a ski pour 9 paires est un peu juste mais bon ce n est pas tres grave resume tres bon sejour a refaire
