Family Ski Break Feb 2024

For our family of 4 the property was exactly what we needed. Great location close to Combes Des Juments lift. Also connected to the town by the bus. The apartment is well designed cosy and well equipped. The hosts communicated well. We loved the place and the area. Thanks.

Une trĂšs belle vue dĂ©gagĂ©e depuis le salon TrĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, il manquera peut-ĂȘtre le WIFI pour les plus connectĂ©s L'accĂšs se fait par un sĂ©rie d'escaliers, ce qui fait faire un peu de sport! mais qui rends cette petite rĂ©sidence un peu isolĂ©e et donc trĂšs calme. parfait pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer d'une bonne journĂ©e Un accueil efficace et Ă  l'Ă©coute en cas de besoin. Tres bon sejour a la clusaz. L appartement de monsieur et madame Burgat est vraiment tres bien agencé et tres agreable. La communication avec madame Burgat a ete facile et efficace. Je recommande a 100% ce logement permettant de passer de formidables vacances a la clusaz.

Bel appartement avec grande terrasse ensoleillée

Appartement trÚs bien refait avec une ambiance chalet. La grande terrasse orientée plein sud nous a permis de profiter du beau temps toute la semaine. Un plus non négligeable quand le soleil est présent. Merci à Mme Burgat pour la prise de contact dÚs la réservation, et à Julien pour son accueil sympathique.

séjour trÚs agréable

Joli studio bien aménagé, belle terrasse et belle vue. AccÚs un peu difficile (beaucoup de marches extérieures pour arriver à la résidence). Le propriétaire et la personne vous accueillant sur place sont sympathiques et réactifs.

Wonderfully decorated cosy apartment on the piste

We had a super week enjoying the luxury of this ski in-ski out apartment. The apartment is beautifully decorated alpine style and had everything our family of 4 needed for a week skiing. The double pull out bed was extremely comfortable and the view that you wake up to every morning is stunning! We would definitely re-book, however If there was no snow at this level it would be very difficult to get to and from the ski lifts each day. It may be easier to use the car if that was the case. Thank you to our hosts for letting us use their apartment.

Petit coin de paradis décoré avec goût et en plus une superbe terrasse

Tres joli oli appartement en rez de jardin avec une magnifique terrasse bien Ă©quipĂ©e offrant une vue imprenable sur la vallĂ©e et entre autre le massif de l'Étale. Le logement a une dĂ©coration soignĂ©e dans un style "montagnard moderne" Le maxi lit de 160 cm lĂ©gĂšrement rehaussĂ© permet de profiter de la vue Ă  traver la grande baie vitrĂ©e. Le coin enfant avec les lits superposĂ©s le coin tv avec ses livres et jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© Ă  disposition n'est pas moin dĂ©corer que le reste du logement. La salle d'eau et la cuisine sont Ă©quipĂ©es des commoditĂ©s actuelles ce qui les rends pratique malgres leurs petites tailles ( un micro onde manque pour parfaire on s'en passe rapidement) Avoir Ă  disposition les nĂ©cessaires Ă  fondue et Ă  raclette est un plus Ă©vident. L'accueil tĂ©lĂ©phonique de la propriĂ©taire et physique de Julien le concierge fĂ»t grandement apprĂ©ciĂ©. L'accessibilitĂ© aux pistes de ski/luge (quand elle sont ouvertes) est vraiment Ă  proximitĂ© (5 Ă  10 m) 😊 Le seul petit bĂ©mol est le nombre de marchĂ© pour accĂ©der au logement a partir des voitures ( mais le garage est fourni😉) AssurĂ©ment nous reviendrons ici!

Magnifique studio, superbement rĂ©novĂ© avec de trĂšs beaux matĂ©riaux ce qui en fait un endroit convivial et chaleureux. La dĂ©co est top, l'Ă©quipement aussi. On ne se sent pas dans un appartement de location...Vraiment Ă  conseiller! Seul petit bĂ©mol dont il faut ĂȘtre conscient, la petite centaine de marches pour accĂ©der au studio (entre le parking et le bĂątiment). Mais aprĂšs tout on va Ă  la montagne pour faire de l'exercice aussi! ;-)

Un séjour dans un magnifique appartement

L’appartement est magnifique amĂ©nagĂ© et dĂ©corĂ©. Les jours de beaux temps, son exposition plein sud le rend encore plus lumineux. L’accĂšs aux pistes est trĂšs pratique sous rĂ©serve que la piste Ă  proximitĂ© soit ouverte.

TrÚs bel appartement fraßchement rénové, tour équipé (sauf lave linge et micro onde) mais largement suffisant, une grande terrasse donnant avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée, c'est juste magnifique :), La Clusaz est vraiment une chouette ville en été également.
