Apartment on the first floor of a small residence with 13 apartments. Built in 1985. Located at the place called LES RIONDES, 750 m from the center of La Clusaz. At the foot of the blue Beauregard slope 50 meters away (connection with the entire area) and hiking trail departures (slope at 17%). Beautiful view of the ARAVIS mountain range and the village. Quiet. Bus route nearby.

Séjour d’une semaine en février

De l’appartement, nous avions une belle vue sur le village et la chaîne des Aravis. Il est bien situé pour accéder aux pistes, La piste la plus proche est à moins de 50 mètres. On accède facilement au centre du village en moins de 10 minutes à pied, par contre la remontée est plus longue, le chemin des Beffroids est raide. Le logement est facilement accessible par quelques marches et le garage est très appréciable L’appartement correspond aux photos mais il fait plus petit. Il est idéal pour 3 adultes ou un couple avec 2 enfants de moins de 12 ans. La hauteur sous la mezzanine est basse , on ne peut pas se tenir debout et l’escalier pour accéder à la mezzanine est raide et étroit. Les alèses de lit et les protections d’oreillers pourraient être changées entre chaque location.

Très bon emplacement, proche de la piste arrivant aux cabines et caisses. Belle vue sur le village, les pistes et la montagne. Résidence calme avec garage. Quelques ustensiles de cuisine à remplacer.

Appartement situé sur les hauteurs du village, avec une belle vue sur le centre et les montagnes. Peu de logements de la résidence étaient occupés lors de notre séjour, donc très calme.

Très belle vue sur le village

Appartement très bien équipé avec garage. Un peu loin du centre à pieds mais accès aux pistes à une centaine de mètres avec arrivée aux caisses des remontées mécaniques. Passage d'une navette gratuite.

Great location & nice view

Right next to ski slopes , nearby bus station, 10 mins walk to the town. Perfect for 2 young kids and 2 adults. Nice kitchen appliances. Wifi box connection is not as good as we expected. Not possible to working from home. Will be perfect if there’s a laundry machine for long stay.

Une magnifique vue sur la clusaz, pas tres loin du centre mais sportif pour y aller car en hauteur. Départ et retour pratiquement ski aux pieds, tres bon niveau d’equipement

Le calme, la vue Le confort du divan et l’espace de la chambre du haut ce n’est pas le topet le fait de donner une caution oui mais quand le séjour est terminé le personnel devrait venir examiné pour nous le rendre immédiatement et ne pas attendre 15 jours ! Si tout est ok.
