Flip Flop Retreat is nestled in the middle of the island between the Gulf of Mexico (Navarre Beach) and Navarre Sound, Santa Rosa Island. The property has indoor/outdoor living. Enjoy the deck and pool with spa. One of Florida's best beaches steps away. The interior features 2 king primary with ensuites, 2 queen bedrooms, and a bunk room equipped with 2 bunk beds, 2 twin beds, a sofa, and a Large TV perfect for children to have their own space. 5 bedroom 4 bathroom, comfortably sleeps 16 guest. The living dining room has a large Amish banquet table, 3 leather couches and a large TV. The wrap around deck goes around the home so you can watch the sun come up and the sun go down. Large private in-ground swimming pool and SPA that can be heated, and outside shower to wash off. Outdoor gas grill with 6 burners and a charcoal grill which every you prefer. Outside dining area. Other amenities of home: fully equipped kitchen, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, WIFI, full size washer and dryer, large bunk room with on suite and entertainment area. Perfect for family reunions, celebrations, and events. Enjoy a walk in the sand for a day of fun at the Beach. Cook out and dine on the large covered balcony. Cool off in your own private in-ground swimming pool or relax in the Spa. Plenty of covered parking for your cars.
This home is pet friendly, 2 pet limit. The fee is $175.00 for one pet or $350.00 for 2 pets. The fee is non-refundable. Rates are subject to change. Rates are set by owner.

This home requires a Saturday to Saturday 7 night's stay during Season. Damage deposit is $450.00 refundable Unless you damage the property or Smoke. A removal fee of $50.00 will be accessed for broken glass in pool or spa area. Any evidence of Smoking found on the premises will result in an additional departure cleaning charge of $150.00. To heat pool is an extra $175.00. Cleaning after your visit is $300.00

We had such a good time here that we booked this year for a 2nd time. Awesome location, beautiful house, and the amenities are top notch. We especially enjoyed the pool/hot tub combo..

Favorite Place

This house and location were everything we hoped for and more. Just steps away from the beach and when we didn’t want to go to the beach we were relaxing by the pool. Tons of seating and space for all. The bunk room was perfect for our group of teen girls. The neighborhood was peaceful and calm. By far in the 6 years of vacationing with our family and friends, this has been our favorite home and location. We hope to be back.

Nice, clean, heated pool and large house

We had a family of 9 people with 2 being toddlers The house was plenty large for the family. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. It's about a 6 house walk to the beach. We also had a small dog and would rent again if in the area. Navarre is sooo much nicer than Pensacola Beach. The beach wasn't crowded and very little traffic. Navarre is better than Pensacola Beach.

Relaxing week

Our family of 13 enjoyed our week at this property. The kids swam in the pool everyday. And it had plenty of room for our family. It was clean and had plenty of outdoor seating. I would definitely stay here again.

Navarre Beach Florida is one of the most beautiful beaches. We love the blue water and sugar white sand. Located between Pensacola and Destin.

Large property able to accommodate multiple families with plenty of room for relaxation. Including private in-ground heated pool, spa and bikes.

What makes this property unique

In-ground private pool and spa. An outside shower to rinse off. Wrap around porch allowing you to catch the sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening. Use our bikes on the National Seashore bike riding path, less than one mile away.
