Flip Flop Retreat is on Santa Rosa Island, FL. Comfortably sleeps 16 guest. A great spot to soak up some sun. A balcony will make your beach vacation comfortable watching the sun come up and the sun go down. In addition, enjoy nearby water activities such as boating, surfing, jet skiing, and fishing. 5 bedrooms with 4 having ensuites. One of Florida's best beaches steps away. The interior features 2 king primary with ensuites, 2 queen bedrooms 1 with ensuite, and a bunk room with ensuite equipped with 2 bunk beds, 2 twin beds, a sofa, and a Large TV perfect for children to have their own space. The living dining room has a large Amish solid wood banquet table, 3 leather couches and a large TV. Large private in-ground swimming pool that can be heated. A large SPA with outside shower to wash off. Outdoor gas and charcoal grill which every you prefer. Cook out and dine on the large covered balcony. Other amenities of home: fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, full size washer and dryer. Enjoy a walk in the sand for a day of fun at the Beach. Cool off in your own private in-ground swimming pool or relax in the Spa. Plenty of covered parking for your cars.
This home is pet friendly, 2 pet limit. The fee is $175.00 for one pet or $350.00 for 2 pets. The fee is non-refundable. Rates are subject to change.

This home requires a Saturday to Saturday 7 night's stay during Season. Any evidence of Smoking found on the premises will result in an additional fees.

We had our family with all our grandkids,ages 1 through 14 with us for a week. This was our second time we stayed here and enjoyed our stay. We did have some issues with the pool heater but the kids still enjoyed it and Tom was good about trying to resolve it for us. We would stay here again.

This is our second time to stay. Tom is so easy to work with. Quick to reply to messages. The house is perfect for my family. We all enjoy the open floor plan and the heated pool with the hot tub. The parking is great. Easy walk to the beach! We will stay again.

Family Beach Trip

Fantastic location, quiet area, close to beach access. Beautiful home and owner very responsive. Pool was fantastic, the family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Wrap around deck was great. Only negative was the size of one bathroom/shower.

Beautiful place with a wonderful location

We've been coming to Navarre Beach every year since 2014. This was our first house experience due to a growing family. The house was the perfect setup for our large family needs. The pool and hot tub were nice too. Great location even for not being directly on the beach. We would definitely rent again.

The good: Location is PERFECT. House is very spacious. The bad: Unfortunately the pool was filthy the entire time we were there because the filter was broken. I understand things break but the pool was the reason we booked the house. The only way to communicate with the owner is by email, I asked for a phone call but did not get one. Some communications took more than a day to respond. Beds are rock hard. I would stay here again with an assurance of a functioning pool, and possibly purchasing a mattress topper while I was there.

Sorry, for your inconvience. Yes, the pool filter broke and a part had to be ordered which delayed immediate repair. We have a variety of matresses in the house Firm in the master bedrooms, one foam and one coil in the queen rooms. Some beds have toppers. We try to offer a variety. I appolige I was traveling and internet was not available for immediate replies.

This was our third year staying here. We go every year with kids and grandkids. The house is perfect for large families and multi family groups. And, is very well equipped with everything u would need. The kid room is huge and always a big hit. Tom has added several new bikes that we enjoyed We were concerned about not being on the beach but we leave our chairs/tents and ice chest in car and drive to crossover and pull wagon to beach. No problem at all. And, having our own pool helped make it a great week
