This property is absolutely amazing. Plenty of room for all of our family. Kitchen was great - we cook every night!Love that the beach is right across the street!We will definitely be booking another trip for our family at this property!

This was the perfect home for our big family. We even had room to spare. Kitchen was equipped well, plenty of towels lots of beach toys and chairs, puzzles and games. Two refrigerators! We hope to book it again. Also it’s the perfect place on the island if you’re ok with walking across the street to the beach. It has beach access right across.

Great place! We will definitely go again! There was plenty of room and being right across from the beach access was perfect! Being able to see the ocean and the sound, particularly at sunset was an added bonus. Plenty of towels and toys and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and we cooked every night! Everyone agreed it was perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was wonderful, the home was clean had all the necessities we needed. This is a beautiful home directly across from Beach access which was so convenient. We have no complaints 1s t day we had a minor elevator issue and maintenance was there in less than an hout to make sure was taken care of the maintenance guy was very friendly and helpful as well as t he rental manager.we will be back agian!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mainsail was a great property to stay at for our spring break family trip. The location was wonderful and right across the street to public access. The beach was never overly crowded and the outdoor shower was so helpful. The rooms were good sized and even were pretty sound proof. The elevator was so wonderful for our older family members who struggle with stairs. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals for the group. The second fridge was great to store drinks and snacks. The beach towels and chairs were very helpful and in good shape. We would absolutely love to come spend our next spring break at Mainsail!

Appreciated the small things, plenty of dishwasher pods, plastic wrap, and cleaning stuff in bathrooms. It is an older home but excellent room and people, the rental company was very responsive - best I have dealt with A+. I will definitely use Navarre Sands Rentals again.

The place was great. Just as described. Great place for our large crew. Everyone was able to spreadout but all still together. Very homey feeling. We have stayed many places and by far this one is at the top of our favorites. Didn't feel staged, very homey. Kids loved all the extra things in the closet for the beach. As parents we appreciated it, even though we took our own things but it was great to change it up for the kids. For sure recommend for others!!
