The property is very well located in Banff -- we didn't need our car for anything we wanted to visit in town. The underground parking was helpful, both because of the weather and because of lack of parking on the street. The front desk staff were quick, responsive, and very pleasant. While small, the apartment was comfortable for two of us, and it was great to have a kitchen for quick pick-up meals so that we didn't need to eat out three times a day.I would absolutely stay here again, and I have already recommended it to friends.

This was a wonderful place to stay! We loved the close walking distance to all the shops, bars, and restaurants! We parked right outside our place which made it very nice for our day trips to places near Banff.

A great spot

Rental experience was easy. The place was very nice with the hot pool, the access to the restaurant in the lobby and easy access to the Roam transit with the free passes included with the place!

Lovely property

Really nice place. Very clean and well kept. Nicer than average hotel with a very reasonable price. The hot pools are definitely a highlight. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The transit pass included with the booking was a nice touch, as downtown Banff is just a few minutes away.

The room was super clean and it had a fantastic mountain view. I'm not sure if I read or not that the bedroom was on a lower level. That was not a problem for me but I could see that being a problem for someone else if they were not ready for that. My room had two full beds, it really was not ideal for a couple, at least not for this couple unless you don't want to sleep on the same bed as your partner on vacation. The rooms also were not equipped with smart TVs. So if you want to relax and watch a little streamy stream you're going to have to bring your own device. The Wi-Fi was super fast for when I needed to work for a bit. Hotel staff was friendly. I'm not sure that I was fully aware that it was a hotel and less like a standard Vrbo. It's a very touristy spot there is a lot of foot traffic and street parking is limited. However you do have access to garage parking which was fantastic. The spa is definitely worth checking out.

Perfect spot in Banff

Property is perfectly located, only a 10 min walk to Banff center and all the shops/restaurants/bars. It’s a pleasant walk with scenery all around, but you also get a transit pass upon check-in that gives limited free travel in town, and the bus stop is right outside. Staff were very friendly and helpful, convenient parking right outside our unit. Property was as described, clean, and comfortable. This was a great base for our weekend in Banff, would definitely stay here again.

Convenient, clean, comfortable

Close enough to shops to be easily accessible but far enough away to not be in the thick of things. Room was spacious and meticulously clean. Bus ran from curb right outside the hotel. Underground parking. Restaurant on the premises. Grotto was clean and not too crowded. We had a wonderful stay.
