Kids LOVE our place! Real logs, unique game room with all the favorites - a rockwall for climbing, air hockey, foosball, pool table, basketball hoops, shuffle board ,doll house etc. On deck we have a trampoline, seesaw, hammocks, and swings! Every floor has a bathroom. You might even see one or two black bears hanging around.

Our cabin has 3 master bedrooms, 3 master baths and 2 pull out Sofas for a total of 10 sleeping arrangements and 5 baths. We suggest kids bring sleeping bags as they love to sleep under and play on our rockwall! The kitchen is large enough for many cooks at the same time. We offer a 10% off if you book 7 nights or more with us. We have all you need to do a lot of cooking and an outside propane grill. We also offer personal chef services just for an extra fee!!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This cabin was exactly what our family needed! Check-in was very easy. We made so many memories. The downstairs game room kept our kids busy and happy. The location was convenient to downtown.

No cable. No internet. Property manager sent someone to help me try to solve the issues. We worked for over 3 hours and no success. My husband has A Fib and his communication device has to have WiFi. We stayed the night and left the next morning. Owners on a cruise. Property manager has not answered any of my emails about a refund. He did not seem concerned at all and was not very helpful. I want a refund on two nights please.

Weekend Cabin Stay

This cabin was perfect for our women’s retreat! We really enjoyed the cabin and the peace of being up in the mountains. The view was beautiful and worth the stay!

Great House!

The house was wonderful. Super views from the multiple decks. Great location close to the ski slopes. Our grandkids had an absolute a ball in the game room. The house could use some minor repairs. Blinds on front door were missing. Shower door in one of the guest rooms would not stay closed. The shower in the other guest room was amazing. It had multiple nozzles that appeared to be for water massage but all were inoperable except for the overhead rainforest head. Overall it was a great experience and I would rent it again.

Amazing

We saw a momma bear and her 3 cubs really beautiful and nice views fron the hottub. The showers are amazing. Has wall jets and rain shower heads the beds were comfortable. Just over all one of the nicest cabins ive stayed at

Best cabin for kids!

We stay here every year with the kids and grandkids! Our 5 grandsons love the play room downstairs! They climb the rock wall over and over and play air hockey and pool and basketball to their hearts content! If you have young kids, I highly recommend this cabin for your family!

Smoky falls trip

Great property the kids enjoyed the playroom and rock climbing but the pool table is slanted. We enjoyed our stay but the drive up was up mountain on curvy narrow roads was scary. We made sure to be back before dark so we didn’t have to make drive in dark. Enjoyed seeing bear on property our last night

So close, yet so far away.

This cabin is in a spectacular location! So close, yet so far away. Easy access to the National Park and Gatlinburg but far at the top of the mountain, secluded from the hustle and bustle of the tourism. The owner was very responsive to the inquiries we had upon arrival. Awesome place for families with children the ages of ours (4-11). Hope to return again!

Lovely cabin. Lots of amenities for the kiddos. Quite a few house keeping issues; the floors were dirty, our sheets were covered in hair and hadn’t been washed, etc. For the price, my expectations may have been a bit high. Overall, nice weekend with the family.

Great cabin!

Overall this cabin was great! The game room and amenities kept our kids entertained. The place was clean and had plenty of clean towels, soap, and kitchen supplies. It is worn in some areas like other reviewers mentioned, but it is still a nice cabin. The only thing we disliked about the cabin is the location. It is located near the summit of a mountain and requires a long uphill drive to get there on curvy roads. It can be kind of scary driving back at night.

This property was not cleaned. It was quite disgusting

This listing was very inaccurate. It was full of dog hair and human hair everywhere. There were no clean towels. The whole entire game room area was destroyed and pool table piece together w random pieces of wood. It was quite disgusting. We left a day early.

Misleading of seclusion

The ad picture appeared as more secluded as apposed to the the distance between cabins. Not enough towels to accommodate family. Many of amenities were worn. Need new pool table. Balls kept rolling. Top level bath tub not clean. Not enough garbage bags. Appreciate the complimentary moon shine. Didn't recognize the 14 sleeping spots. Difficulty managing inside climate. However, enjoyed the stay.

This location was amazing, the bed linens needed to be washed the first night we arrived they smelt like sour milk and pee. The bed had to be doubled sheets because the mattress cover is plastic slept so bad the first night. Need to add damprin to the closets so linens don’t smell musty. The bottom floor is great had fun with entertainment. Saw a family of bears enjoyed that. Don’t have a lot of cooking utensils need a bigger cutting board, for cooking and a hand mixer. We did not have thermometer but made it three by using one from our neighbors. It has two refrigerators which is a plus but need some extra for the kitchen. Only two full bathrooms is hard but the two half baths made things a little easier. Came for thanksgiving, first night was horrible arriving. So late and having to wash linens because they smelt so sour was the worst part of the trip. Beds are hard, mattress pads would make a big difference so if you want soft beds don’t chose the room with the fire place in it because it cracks a lot and is hard as a rock. I left some great smelling laundry soap for the next couple that stays. Gatlinburg is our place to visit 4/5 times a year but may look for another place for new years.

Could use some repairs

Great communication with house manager Alisha. Great response with maintenance man. Both are very friendly and the cabin was nice. I don’t like writing something negative. However, the cabin is in need of repairs. Given the price being charged I would have expected the cabin to be much nicer. The hand rails on the 2nd floor balcony are rotted and extremely dangerous. Both Master bathrooms on 2nd floor are in need of shower remodeling. The shower walls are separated from main wall and missing tiles. The fixtures are discolored and rusty. The game room balcony door is so loose and un-insulated that we couldn’t keep that floor warm and the draft came up the stairs. If the repairs are done and the maintenance kept up with this would be a 5 star accommodation. Bottom line is beautiful cabin with very nice management but in dire need of some repairs.

Non working refrigerator/Mis-advertised property

On the first day we arrived, we picked up groceries for our stay. The next day we found the food was warm in the refrigerated part but the freezer was working. Over $100 of milk, eggs, lunch meat, hot dogs, cheese, mayo, butter and other items spoiled. I contacted the owner and he advised he would send someone to look at it. We checked in on Saturday, on Sunday the maintenance man called and walked me thru resetting the temperature. It would not reset. The maintenance nan said he would be by on Monday to check it out. Monday night the maintenance man called me and said a new refrigerator would be dropped off the next day, on Tuesday. While we were out, new refrigerator was placed behind the recliner in the living room The old refrigerator was left so a service guy could come and look at it. With the disruptions during our stay, we checked out on Wednesday. Also, the pictures of the cabin on VRBO are misleading and mis advertised. The pool table is propped up by two four by four posts and lopsided. Knobs missing on showers in two bathrooms. Mold and mildew on and around the tile in showers and Bath. Jets on jacuzzi covered with mold and mildew. Floors are scarred and dirty. End tables look like they were picked up from the side of the road. Towels smelled dirty. Sheets not clean. Two closets overfilled with junk. Kitchen drawer broken. Kitchen drawers filled with junk. Large windows in the cabin are cracked. Property owner does not reply to emails fully. When I was finally able to talk with him on the phone he did not care about anything I had to say. I Googled his name and location. I found that he has numerous lawsuits brought against him by former tenants of his other properties. I was fooled by the pictures on VRBO and did nit read the reviews until I was a victim. I noted that the complaints are very similar to mine. As well as insurance claims. In the end, he said I tampered with the refrigerator. Most likely he will be reimbursed fir the new refrigerator by the mandatory insurance we had to purchase. I contacted VRBO. I received an email from VRBO requesting I send photos. The email was a no-reply email and my emails were returned undeliverable. I tried calling but my call was sent to the international customer service because of the number of calls they were receiving. I have not yet been able to talk with a customer rep in the US. Or receive an email that I can reply to without it bouncing back. It is a total scam!!

Nice house, lots activities, but disgusting

House served our needs, just for sleeping or resting between activities, but disgusting. We left house cleaner than it was when we arrived. All kitchen counters very dirty, sticky with syrup, jelly & booze, fridge & & microwave dirty with food, showers gross, mirrors gross, trash on floor, etc. I could go on & on. Nicely gave detail of it issues to owner and his full exact response "Well we used a new crew last times".

Misrepresentation

Buyer BewareThis home is no longer anything like the photos, which were clearly taken years ago. Had the listing been honest about the current condition and priced accordingly, we would have been fine — but what we found was absolutely unacceptable. The house was filthy, the cleaners were still there when we arrived at 5:30 PM, and a used bar of soap was left in the shower. Several amenities listed were not available, and one toilet was broken upon arrival. Despite texting about the issue and being told it would be fixed the next day, we came back only to find the repair parts left on the counter and the toilet still unusable.Additionally, the layout is misleading: there are only two showers, and both are en suite (connected to bedrooms). We had 10 people staying, and two had to sleep on the floor due to inadequate bedding — there is absolutely no way 14 people could comfortably stay here as advertised.This property needs immediate attention:Update the listing to reflect the current realityPrioritize cleaning and maintenanceAdjust pricing to match the home's true conditionWe feel completely taken advantage of. I would not recommend this rental unless major changes are made.

Totally unacceptable accommodations

We arrived a few minutes after check-in time, and they were still cleaning the house and one of the cleaners was even smoking in the house and the other one said she had the flu and was spreading germs all over the place. The place. Was filthy with dog hair, all bedded in the rugs, coffee pot left with grounds and coffee in it uneaten food, pizza and chicken wings still in the refrigerator broken furniture, dining room, chairs, La-Z-Boy comfort chair. Mold in the hot tub grandchildren picked out clumps of hair hardly any of the doors would shut properly smoke alarms not working in game room water. Spicket is leaking in the sinks bed. Lens were not changed from previous guests Dustin dirt underneath the furniture the place is in desire need of some TLC after several tries of reaching out to the owner for a phone call. The only response we got was sorry for any inconvenience. You’re welcome to stay two extra days by a text ( still no phone call )Very unacceptable. The owner is missing the point.. if this is any indication of the type of host you represent, I would have to say consumer beware. I do plan on getting legal representation involved if this matter is not handled immediately to my satisfaction. My grandchildren, my daughters, my wife we have experienced a terrifying experience not only losing thousands of dollars but creating terrible memories that will last with the children forever.

Good location, but deceptive listing and unclean cabin.

The first red flag we noticed on our first walkthrough of the cabin was the cleanliness of it. Dirty hand towels, glasses with alcohol in them left out, unpleasant smelling towels left in the washer, open bottle left in the fridge. Lots of stuff was also broken upon arrival including a kitchen chair, recliner, most bathroom doors wouldn’t lock, and a smoke detector downstairs dangling from the wall that constantly beeped. The final issue, which may only affect bigger groups is the listing itself. This cabin is NOT meant for 14 people. We had to get two air mattresses just to fit everyone. The description of the bathrooms is also quite confusing and it turns out that there are only two showers. Which makes things interesting for a group of 14. The bathtub upstairs is basically unusable for groups since it is not in a private location. Overall while it is a pretty location, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you want to clean it yourself and have 10 or less people.

Weekend family get a way

Beautiful cabin very clean , location was excellent, met all our family needs , could use a few up grades such as tv in game room wasn’t working , pool table was in need of replacing but other than that it was excellent, we all had a wonderful stay thanks so much , we will definitely book it again .
