Nice rental of 60 m2 at the thorn. Facing the salt marsh 200 m from the center, 800 m from the beach and 3 km from noirmoutier. Rental with fully equipped kitchen: fridge freezer, gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Living room with a wood pile, sofa and a flat screen 80 cm plus wifi. Two rooms: one with a bed of 140/200 and another small room with a bed supperpose of 90/200. Toilet. A bathroom with a large Italian shower plus a washing machine. 150 m2 of fenced garden with lawn. Behind, a wooden terrace with garden furniture plus sunbath and barbecue area. 2 bicycles are available. House redone to new January 2016.

Nous venons de passer 15 jours dans ce logement (2 adultes 2 ados 1 chien) Logement bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances coin/cours extérieur avec terrasse, clôturé, ce qui est sécurisant avec un chien. L’emplacement du Logement est top à 20 minutes de marche de la mer (\- 1km) et à cinq minutes de marche des petits commerce (boulangerie, restaurant, marché, animations estivale…)Bon rapport qualité /prix Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce logement si nous devons revenir sur Noirmoutier. Bonne continuation.

Ile de Noirmoutier

La location est spacieuse et adéquate pour deux adultes et deux enfants.Elle est fonctionnelle. Cependant un petit investissement serait nécessaire pour la rendre encore plus charmante.Les chaises de jardin et, plus largement, tout ce qui est entreposé dans le cabanon de la terrasse est en piteux état (transat, vélo ...), faute d'entretien. Nous avons nettoyé deux chaises pour notre séjour et installé le parasol. La cour est bien clôturée mais très "minérale". Aucun végétal, aucune couleur ne vient animer cet endroit. Il ne faudrait que presque rien pour rendre l'extérieur agréable ...Le lit double grince vraiment beaucoup dès que l'on s'y installe on qu'on bouge un peu, ça nous a réveillés quelques fois !La location est bien située, non loin de la pointe du Devin, où une plage est autorisée aux chiens (c'est la seule de l'ile) ; cette plage se confond avec celle réservée aux personnes naturistes mais en cette saison, tout le monde trouve sa place sur ces plages immenses, toutes très propres.C'est la première fois en des années de location saisonnières que nous n'avons aucun contact avec les propriétaires, très étonnant ... Mais nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'aide. Tout est à peu près fonctionnel dans la maison.

Wir genossen nach der sehr langen Fahrt den frühen Check in, das fanden wir besonders nett . Das Haus ist perfekt mit Hund und super central gelegen. Leider ist das WiFi nicht Internet fähig, die angebotenen Fahrräder in keinem guten Zustand und das Haus könnte ein wenig ordentlicher sein .Aber alles insgesamt zu empfehlen.

Petit village de Vendée très agréable, la location est à 5minutes à pieds de tous les commerces...

Située au calme, la petite maison est proche de la mer et à faible distance des autres communes de l'Île. Début Juin, peu de monde et l'on circule facilement. Vraiment un bel endroit pour profiter du soleil et se reposer. Une vrais semaine de détente.
