About this property

40 m from the beach, bourrine vendéenne, charm, simplicity, enclosed garden, peaceful setting

La bourrine is not "on" the sea, but it is 40m from the sumptuous beach where you have access by a small private road. The house is on one level on an unfenced private garden of approximately 150m2. It consists of a bedroom, a living / dining area, a small shower room and a kitchen. The bedroom contains a large 160 bed made up of 2 80cm beds, but there is a sofa bed in the living room that can help out. It is located in the heart of a nest of old fishermen's houses, you have to walk in a hollow path of 200m before getting there.

Charmante maisonnette typique aménagée avec soin, disposant du confort et de l'équipement nécessaires. La plage "quasi privée" se trouve à quelques mÚtres et le spectacle de la mer y est magnifique. Le jardin clÎturé est petit mais suffisant. Sans doute possible pour trois personnes mais idéal pour deux.

Agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison au charme rustique mais néanmoins pourvue de tout le nécessaire, idéalement située au calme, à quelques pas de l'océan et de la plage (un vrai "plus"!) et non loin du centre du Vieil (restaurant chez Gustave). Trouvez le petit chemin bordĂ© de grandes herbes pour atteindre une adorable petite maison avec son jardin, le temps s'arrĂȘte, le mer iodĂ©e est proche, continuez le petit chemin quelques mĂštres et lĂ , la mer est devant vous avec ses rochers et sa plage de sable.... Calme, bel environnement : la plage, bien-sûr, mais également le jardin, que mon Chien et moi avons beaucoup apprécié. Le voisinage immédiat est sympathique (notamment la charmante dame d'en face ). Belles balades à proximité. Le sud de l'ßle est vite rejoint en voiture .

Vous arriverez dans une charmante maison Ă  30 m des plages mais un peu loin du centre on peut pas tout avoir. Avec des vĂ©los ça fait l affaire. Petit cottage typique de l’üle qui mĂ©riterait un entretien extĂ©rieur plus soignĂ©. Confort minimum en cuisine literie fatiguĂ©e et mobilier d’un autre Ăąge avec les odeurs qui vont avec
 . Pas de 4G et chaĂźne tĂ©lĂ©viseur minimum. Pas le grand confort mais on s’adapte. Chaises tables et parasol permettent de profiter de l extĂ©rieur c’est bien. Tout ça dans un environnement trĂšs calme. VoilĂ

Idéale pour deux

Pour une premiÚre découverte de l'ile de Noirmoutier, La chance nous a fait tomber sur cette bourrine. Proche de Noirmoutier en Ile, des plages, du bois de la chaize, tout peut se faire à vélo sans avoir à pédaler des heures. Aller jusqu'au passage du Gois se mérite un peu plus, mais la localisation est Top. De plus la petite plage à laquelle on accÚde à pied depuis la maison est trÚs peu fréquentée. Ce n'est pas le luxe d'un hÎtel 4 étoiles, mais l'essentiel est là et c'est on se sent bien dans cette petite maison typique, idéale pour deux.

Une charmante petite maison

Calme parfait dans cette maison en retrait de la rue, accessible par un petit sentier bucolique, qui donne directement sur la page et la mer. A deux pas, le bourg du Vieil vous donne accĂšs Ă  un petit supermarchĂ©, deux restaurants, un bureau de tabac et la mĂȘme la boutique d'un artiste, Tantine Berthe oĂč vous pourrez craquer pour une belle lithographie.

Ile magnifique, bourrine typique "dans son jus" idéalement placée, bonne literie. Quelques bemols : équipements de cuisine un peu fatigués, humidité forte et télé quasiment impossible à utiliser (pb d'antenne et de télécommande)
