The home sleeps 12 with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that include 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins, and 2 sets of twin bunks.

There's no better place to gather with friends and family to watch the breathtaking sunsets than the full-length front porch or upper deck of this lovely home. Guests will love the outstanding design of this updated beach house, with a twin bedroom and a bunk room on the first floor, and two spacious main suites on the second floor, both with gulf views and access to the upper deck. Professionally decorated and well-equipped for guest’s enjoyment, the home boasts attention to every detail, and has become a favorite destination for families to return year after year. Multi generational family trip

The house was wonderful. The most well equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen. Comfortable lay out and furnishings. Stunning views! It was a great week for all three generations on our trip!

Tranquil Relaxing Beach Vaca

This property was an awesome stay for me and my family. Plenty of room, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and you are not far from all that 30A has to offer. I had to contact the property manager do to not being able to lock the front door and they responded quickly with a solution. They even sent someone over later to make sure we were good. Outstanding service and look forward to our next trip!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nearly perfect

Beautiful view, comfortable rooms, fully equipped kitchen: this house has everything except something to block the sun in the afternoon! Curtains or shades would be wonderful!

Grayton Beach is a dream!

We loved our time in Grayton Beach, it is such a beautiful place . The house is overall a nice property. For the cost of the rental, it could use some updating and a deep clean of the furn

Great property

Great property for our family vacation! Six hundred feet from the beach. Large kitchen. Open concept. Nice 2nd floor deck. Nice location facing the sand dunes, with a view of the beach beyond. Laid-back Grayton Beach vibe. Would stay there again!
