Clean house and great location for the beach. The pool was perfect for kids to play. It didn’t get sun in the afternoon but we enjoyed the beach access!

The kids loved the pool. The hosts were very responsive. Everything was clean upon arrival. We loved the amount of space in the living room and kitchen. Simple walk to the beach. Would come back to this house.

Great location. Easy access to beach via boardwalk at the end of the block. The pool was heated which was great on a cold week. The hosts were super helpful and accommodating.

This beautiful beach house exceeded our expectations! It truly lived up to the description. The proximity to the beach was so convenient and made trips going back-and-forth very easy. The bonfire was an incredible experience, the hosts set it up beautifully and all ages enjoyed it. Communication with the hosts was helpful and the response time was very quick. We just love this area of 30A, it’s well kept and peaceful and this property measured up to all of that and accommodated our very large group amazingly!

Nice place, we would highly recommend it!

The house was nice and well equipped. We enjoyed the golf cart and bikes since it was pretty chilly to be on beach. The communication with host was great!

Awesome House!

This was our third year at this house. It never disappoints! It’s very clean and comfortable. The owners are awesome people and the beach bonfire and golf cart is a huge plus!

Weekend girls trip

We stayed in this house for a four day getaway with girlfriends and it was perfect. A two minute walk from front door to the ocean. Great food and bar options within walking distance. Access to bikes and golf cart! It was so nice! Thank you!

Second Home

We have stayed at this house for two years now and we just love it. We hate to leave it when our trip is over. It’s like our second home. The house is very clean, beds are comfy, the house is In perfect location to the beach and also the town. Love everything about it.

Large Family Vacation

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. The home itself is very open and accommodated our large family of 16 easily with a few extras for the July 4th holiday gathering. The house had all the amenities needed for our two week vacation. The pool was very nice for hot afternoons and the golf cart and bicycles made getting around the 30A area much easier. The location is great - just a short walk to the less crowded end of Grayton Beach. Highly recommend!
