This spacious and comfortable villa of 170m2, haven of peace, has been completely designed to promote relaxation and conviviality. The bay windows of the living room open onto a large terrace with swimming pool, a summer kitchen with plancha and a Zen garden with trees closed.
You can head either to the Mediterranean beaches (20km) or to the foothills of the Pyrenees. Located in the Corbières, near the Cathar castles at the foot of a Genoese tower overlooking the plain of Roussillon. Surrounded by vineyards and scrubland (olive, almond, pine). Living room with high ceilings, open kitchen of standing, fully equipped, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, American fridge, 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, including a master suite of 40m2, TV in all rooms.
The villa "The South" can accommodate 6-8 people. This house is closed by an electric gate. It is possible to park 3 vehicles safely.

Alle nodige luxe voorzien, aangenaam verrast door het leuke verblijf. Je had wel steeds de auto nodig voor boodschappen en uitstapjes maar dit was het zeker waard!

Maison superbe

Très belle maison avec tout le confort, et tous les ustensiles pour cuisiner. Bonnes literies ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas dans les locations. Pas de vis à vis, très calme. Idéale pour une famille avec des enfants ados ou 3 couples. Piscine sympa, mais il manque une bâche pour la fermer quand il y a du vent, la température était a 22 degrés à notre arrivée. Mais avec la baisse du vent, la température est vite remontée. Village où il n’y a pas de commerces mais une très bonne boulangerie. A 20 min de Perpignan, très belle ville avec toutes les commodités . Et entre 20 et 1 heure de route pour visiter les villes de la cote. Rebecca sait rester discrète mais est joignable sans problème, ainsi que Daniel pour la piscine.

Beautiful retreat in southern France

Fabulous property in on edge of a little town. A week was not long enough to explore the area and visit all the great wineries close by. The evening dinner at Chateau Jau is not to be missed. Thank you Rebecca for everything

Beautiful and spacious house.

Beautiful and spacious equipped house with everything you need (more then we have at home in the Netherlands :-). Nicely decorated inside, beautiful garden with swimming pool and canopy to sit. Environment is beautiful. Lot of things to see/ do for everbody, like Les Orgues d’Ille-sur-Têt, Castelnou, Gorges de la Fou, Collioure, Aquaparc, Luna park, Carcasonne, Gerona and so on.

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit schitterende huis. Het huis is meer dan compleet, schoon en heel prive. Verschillende plekjes om te zitten of liggen, zon zowel genoeg schaduw, voor ieder wat wils. Communicatie met Rebecca is zeer goed te noemen, reageert snel en adeguaat en haar engels is zeer goed. Locatie is 20 minuutjes van Perpignan en half uurtje naar diverse kustplaatsen. AANRADER !

Splendide villa pour un séjour parfait

Que dire sinon “tout y est “ ! La villa est splendide, magnifiquement décorée et parfaitement équipée. Aucune surprise à l arrivée, que du bonheur pour notre séjour. Les exterieurs sont très soignés, une belle et grande terrasse, une piscine magnifique. L’endroit est très calme à l écart de la foule, et pourtant à 20 min des plages. Merci Rebecca pour l accueil et les conseils avant notre arrivée- Mention spécial pour Daniel très à l écoute pour que notre séjour soit réussi ! A bientôt !

Holiday in France

From the initial booking to the end of our holiday in 'Le Sud' everything ran faultlessly on our holiday in the south of France. Rebecca's communication was prompt, informative and clear. The villa is modern, very well furnished and equipped with everything we needed, The photographs online show accurately what the property is actually like, pictures cannot show how quiet and peaceful it is. Having followed the supplied directions from Cases de Pene Rebecca met us at the door and showed us around the beautiful villa and then left us to enjoy our 10 day stay. We have stayed in some superb villas for our family holidays over the last 15 years and this is amongst the best of them. Highly recommended.

Luxurious/comfy/spacious home with lots of privacy and much to do in the area. Very caring owner.

We stayed at this wonderful house for 3 weeks and give it the highest rating! We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage sons. The drive from the airport was quick and easy where we arrived at the house within 20 minutes to find the owner personally there to great us. First impressions are everything and we were extremely impressed by the quiet location and layout of the house which is open, stylish, modern and luxuriously equipped with everything you could possibly need. The interior design gives the place an elegant feeling coupled with comfortable furniture and open spaces to wander and relax. To our teenagers’ delight, it also has excellent wifi (inside and outside). The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 on the main floor and a master suite upstairs. We were very grateful for the air conditioning in each room which made sleeping more enjoyable during the intense heat wave. The beds were also extremely comfortable and the first time my husband and I can say that we didn’t wake-up to back aches during a summer trip. Each bedroom also has its own TV and its own shower with excellent pressure and availability of hot water. Most of our time was spent outside by the pool which was well taken care of by a maintenance person. It was the perfect size for swimming and playing games. Surrounding the pool are lounge chairs where we enjoyed drying from the swim and reading. Most nights we ate in the outside covered area and used the large gas grill for dinner. This outdoor area was also super for just hanging, listening to music and playing board games. The location of the house was ideal for us as we like to keep busy. We enjoyed wandering around the small villages, visiting castles, monasteries and fortresses as well as swimming at the local beaches. The location is within a wine area where we could walk to a local winery. There are also wineries close by like Chateau de Jau offering dinner/wine menus which we highly recommend and recommend calling the local taxi (speaks English) for the ride home. During our stay, the host kept in touch with us and for any question we had, she answered almost immediately with positive energy and ideas. In summary, spacious/luxurious/comfy family house in a fabulous “lots to do” area that provides lots of privacy as well as an extremely caring/informative owner.

High-standard and peaceful villa

We spent one week in this contemporary villa that is situated in a beautiful and peaceful environment. All rooms were well equipped with very well functioning air-conditioning. All electrical appliences were new and functional. The pool was well kept and the garden was beautifully designed. We are experienced travellers and this villa was certainly one of the best that we have visited. The host was friendly and spoke good english. Own car is necessary. Optimal base for exploring the villages, castles and mountains of Pyrennees!
