Morena, Family villa with optional heated pool

The ground floor is composed of a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen with a total area of more than 60m2. Also on the ground floor, you will find a bathroom (double sinks, walk-in shower + WC) and a bedroom with a queen size bed 160x200.
The ground floor consists of a bathroom (bath + shower + WC), a beautiful master suite with a queen size bed 160x200, 1 baby bed with bars, dressing room and its bathroom + WC. As well as 2 bedrooms with double beds, one with a baby cot and opening onto the balcony, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90x190. To complete the villa, a beautiful terrace overlooking the salt-treated swimming pool and not overlooked secured by a roller shutter. For gas or charcoal barbecue grills you have the choice! The accommodation is equipped with reversible air zone air conditioning which allows you to choose the desired temperature for each of the rooms. The capacity is 11 people. You have the possibility to park 2 to 3 cars inside the property which is fully fenced and closed by 2 electric gates. The villa is decorated with care, all in a chic and modern style. Wifi access and Netflix are of course included.
Pool heating is optional in exchange for a flat rate of €180 to €220* per stay regardless of its duration (flat rate varies according to the time of year).
Please specify when booking the choice of option to allow the pool to be preheated (one degree per day on average).
*From April 1st to October 31st: flat rate of €180/stay
From November 1st to March 31st: flat rate of 220€/stay.
Surveillance cameras are located at the entrance of the property to detect any intrusion. The accommodation is intended for families looking for tranquility and calm

Perfect for attending a family wedding

This house was perfect for our family of 9! There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and it was very close to the venue of the wedding we were attending. A quiet area but perfect for our needs. Not far from the beach either! Host was responsive and house was clean. We would stay here again!

Parfait

Le séjour c’est parfaitement bien passé. Nous avons eu un soucis d’avion et l’hôte a pu nous laisser rentrée dans la villa plus tôt que prévu. Lorsque nous avons des soucis ou des questions Hana répondait rapidement et était très claire dans ses explications. Je recommande cette villa pour un séjour familial car la villa est très grande, spacieux et il y a tout de fourni à l’intérieur. Encore une fois merci pour tout et pour les petits chocolats à notre arrivée.
