LITTLE LOFT charming, 48 m2, located in mezzanine, in a former brewery of the 19th century, 5 steps before entering the apartment, with sleeping area on a platform, protected by curtains with access to the bathroom with rounded bathtub, WC.
The stay overlooks 2 courses, so very quiet.
The floor is in old parquet, a brick wall of Toulouse. The furniture is old and vintage vintage.
A kitchenette equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso machine + traditional machine, iron, toaster, juicer, blender, new vintage refrigerator.
A kitchen fund (olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, water, coffee, tea, sugar etc ... At your disposal).
A map of Toulouse and a practical guide to discover Toulouse. Books are present.
In the bathroom rounded bathtub, sink, toilet, washing machine, hair dryer, all the necessary travel.
Towels, soaps, shampoo, are provided.
The dining area is equipped with a table with 4 chairs. (+ 2 more chairs).
All the utensils necessary for cooking are present.
The apartment is very well heated (central heating).

Marie's place was wonderful and the pictures do not do it justice! There is everything you need and the little touches are wonderful. Coffee and water, snacks, toiletries, etc. Very comfortable bed with soft sheets and good pillows. On a quiet street, but just a few steps away from restaurants and shopping. Marie came in and showed us around the place and pointed out all of the little details. She was a delight and made us feel at home from the moment we met her. We highly recommend her place and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Marie is a great hostess! The apartment is in a great location. Easy access, essentially on ground floor (there were about 4 steps, but steps, not flights of stairs). It worked marvelously for us.

A perfect stay in Toulouse!

I spent 3 weeks in this lovely apartment and enjoyed it very much. The location was ideal, close to everything and just minutes away from some nice bars and restaurants. Monie Marie was the perfect host, answering so many questions that I had about the city and the neighborhood. I look forward to returning someday, hopefully soon!

Perfect location; perfect host; lovely accommodation.

Marie was wonderfully kind and welcoming! We couldn’t have a better host! Her little apartment reflects her personality and is warm and cosy, with charm and individuality, and everything supplied that you could possibly want. We appreciated the various welcoming goodies and the super washing machine she showed us how to use. The parking was perfect and a bit of a life saver after struggling with parking in other cities. The location is great, within easy - 10 -15 minute - walking distance of the old city sights. It is also an easy 5 minute walk to the railway station. Although this, and the parking, were why we chose this place, it was much more than simply convenient. We felt at home here.

Did feel like home, very comfortable

Close to railway station and easy access to 8 euro bus to and from airport. Apartment is quite big for just two people, nicely laid out open plan style, with a step up to the bedroom platform, and step down to the bathroom. Spotlessly clean and very well maintained with good range of kitchen appliances/washing machine/iron etc. It is on the ground floor overlooking a small courtyard, in a quiet side street. Short walk to the historic part of the city, with a small shop and patisserie at the end of the road, bars and restrauants also close. I stayed during the European football and also a huge music festival, very noisy in town, but totally silent in the apartment. Three canals and a river run through the city so some pleasant walks. Nice rowing clubhouse bar on the island in the river. Stayed 20/6/2016 to 24/6/2016

Appartement bien situé, proche de l'hyper centre (à pied ou en transports en commun), de la gare SNCF (accessible à pied), dans une rue très calme.Le confort est maximal, rien ne nous a manqué.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les gentilles attentions à l'arrivée (eau fraîche, café, petits gâteaux).La carte d'abonnement au parking très proche est un réel plus, car les parkings alentours sont tous payants et chers.Très bonne adresse, nous conseillons fortement.Merci à Marie !

Un magnifique séjour !

Le descriptif de la propriété est tout-à-fait exact. Le loft est idéalement situé, à 5 minutes de la gare et 10 minutes du centre-ville, mais aussi près de la station de métro qui dessert les deux lignes toulousaines, bref on ne peut rêver meilleur emplacement ! Marie est une hôte très attentionnée : son loft est propre, soigné et joliment décoré, et plusieurs petites surprises vous attendront à votre arrivée, ce qui est très agréable. Elle nous a dépannées suite aux grèves SNCF et c'est un geste que je n'oublierai pas non plus. Vous pouvez donc y aller les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus. Et je recommande ce loft particulièrement aux couples, car c'est un joli petit nid amoureux...

SEMAINE TOULOUSAINE

Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter Toulouse sans voiture : à pieds, bus, métro. Commerces, Capitole, musées... tout est à proximité. Marie est une bonne mère. Elle met à notre disposition dans son logement tout pour se sentir "comme à la maison". Dans la cuisine, la sdb, le salon, la chambre... Il y a même un petit nécessaire à couture (just in case)!

very nice flat

this is a spacious studio flat very near the train station, but also a short walk from the downtown area. there's a carrefour nearby and it is close to the canal for walks. Marie was very helpful when our late train meant we missed our arrival time!

Nous avons apprécié de séjourner dans ce petit loft, proche de la gare et des stations de métro. Bien que situé en centre-ville, le coin n'est pas bruyant. Joli déco, côté équipement nous sommes satisfaits, il manque juste quelques étagères pour poser le linge. La penderie est conséquente, ce qui est appréciable pour pendre sur cintres les vêtements. Nous conseillons ce loft qui est loué à prix raisonnable. Denise
