Luxury Deer Valley Mansion W/ INDOOR BBALL COURT. Sleeps 30+

In light of current events, we are working around the clock to ensure that our guests can feel safe staying in our home. Using CDC guidelines, surfaces are cleaned with a 99% bleach solution disinfected before each guest's arrival. Unlike other residential homes, we strip quilt coverlets and bedspreads and laundering them between guests. We ask ALL our guests to assess themselves and the health of their fellow travelers in the days and weeks leading up to their arrival at our home.

This Deer Valley Luxury Vacation Home is over 10,000 sq ft and includes 12 beds, 10 baths, 2 living rooms, a luxury state of the art gourmet kitchen, theater room, game room and space for 7 vehicles. 

It is located in a beautiful Deer Valley neighborhood and features unparalleled views of Park City Valley, and is a short driving distance to Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resort and Park City Main St.

While the snow storms are raging outside enjoy Basketball, Volleyball, Pickle Ball, Soccer, Hockey etc. on your own private indoor Basketball Court. Sleep 30 comfortably with 12 bedrooms and multiple Queen Bunk Beds for families, etc.. Need to work out? This property has it's own gym with weights!

You will not be disappointed by this beautiful modern mountain home with amazing views, tons to do and a quiet and private location within walking distance of hiking and mountain biking trails and a few minutes from Park City and Deer Valley Resorts.

**** IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ****

Due to recent large parties and noise infractions we now have the following house rules in place. By booking this home you acknowledge agreement with and adherence to the following house rules:

1. You will only have 7 vehicles at the home.
2. You will not park on the road. You will only park in the driveway or in the garage.
3. You will not produce any loud outside noise after 9 PM. This includes coming home late at night, being outside on the deck or patio etc...

The above rules are not hard to follow. And if followed you will have a wonderful stay, enjoy your vacation, enjoy the neighborhood and have no problems.

If you any of the above rules are broken your Security Deposit will be immediately forfeit.

We are so sorry for the strict rules but by having them in place it ensures that you and your guests will have a wonderful and uninterrupted stay.

If you aren't 100% confident that you can abide by these rules please do not book this home! We would hate for you to lose your deposit and or be made to leave the home.

This was the perfect place to stay with extended family. Everyone was entertained, from the basketball court to the hot tub. The space allows a large group to gather and play games together. Great location and amazing views, close to Park City Main Street but far enough to feel like you’re up in the mountains. Clean home, nice bedrooms.

Ski Trip Palace

Great property for large group. We traveled together with large group of friends and family and there was plenty of space for everyone. Very short drive to either Deer Valley or Park City Mountain. Home was warm and welcoming with tons of sitting areas and great amenities. Highly recommended.

Perfect for a large group

We spent my 40th here with 20 girls. Other than being a little chilly because the fireplaces were not working it was perfect. Great large space for being together and bunks to give the girls their own beds. Safe neighborhood.

Crawford Christmas Vacation

We traveled all the way from Texas to have a White Christmas and this house did not disappoint. It was very specious for our party of 20. The house was so nice, clean and had everything in it that we needed. Josh was amazing with the communication. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect house!!

Great house in a great location. Stayed for a week with 6 families including 15 kids. The house had everything we could possibly need from a fully functioning kitchen, plenty of space for multiple families (bedrooms, bathrooms, dining tables, living spaces), game room, to the basketball court that was great for the kids and adults. Josh was extremely easy to communicate with and responsive. Can’t wait to come back!

Ideal Family Gathering House!

The home was clean, convenient and a great place for our family gathering! The living and dining spaces were ample and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed except large cookie sheets. Our teens and children loved the game room and basketball court! Our only glitch was the loss of an internet connection for two days! Despite that, we wouldn't hesitate to plan another stay in this home!

Large house near Park City

I rented this house for a corporate retreat. I needed a home that all 10 of my executives would have their own bathroom and this house was perfect. The views are spectacular and its in a very nice neighborhood. The house has a large open space, big windows, plenty of space to gather. Very updated and has everything you would need. The 7 car rule makes it slightly difficult with a big group but is very doable. Josh & Wendy are very responsive, easy to communicate with & readily available. I've already told others what a great space this is in hopes they will also use it. I hope that we can be back to stay again soon.

Wow!! Amazing!

This house was incredible! We do a ski trip each year with a large group and this was the best we've ever stayed in! It has a huge open concept room on the main kitchen floor with tons of bedrooms all over the place; each of them having at least a queen and very nice sturdy bunk beds. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available and the hot tub worked great. Not to mention the amazing basketball court on the bottome floor which we spent a good amount of time in. Only about a 5-7 min drive to the base of the Park City gondola and the ping pong table is great entertainment as well. So many bathrooms too, the majority of them being en suite. This house is amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone considering renting. Thank you for hosting us!!

Great Christmas week

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. With four families, kids & grandparents, we all had enough room. House is clean, spacious and modern with all the contemporary amenities needed. Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. Only cons: hot tub removed prior to our arrival. We were notified but still it was something we would have liked to enjoy. Also the bedrooms all have the same plain comforter and not much decor. Most bedrooms have bunk beds. A lack of decor makes it seem like a work-retreat rental -I recommend some more decor in all the bedrooms and especially jazzing up the two masters. Dryer kept having an error to check lint and was. It working properly.

HI Alison, thanks for your review! I'm so sorry about the hot tub issue. Park City put a temporary stop on our hot tub because we had some inebriated guests that created a really large stir in the middle of the night. :) We are working with the City to get it reinstated now. Also the home is designed as a Modern Mountain home and so doesn't have a ton of fluff and decor but it was professionally designed and looks great in our opinion. Sorry there wasn't enough for you though!

Incredible!

Our stay far surpassed our expectations! It definitely is one of those listings that is even better in person. The house had more than enough space for 8 couples, leaving us never feeling crowded. Plenty of room to gather when we wanted and yet spread out as well. The kitchen (despite some worn out pans), has everything necessary to cook for a large group. The griddle was broken but the property manager was quick to respond and came out to see what he could do. Our only, and biggest disappointment was the lack of a hot tub. The listing originally had one when we booked, and apparently had to get rid of it due to noise issues. It would have been nice to have been notified ahead of time instead of being let down when we got there. Other than that, it truly is an incredible place for large groups- trip of a lifetime!!

With that said we are currently reinforcing the front deck so that we can put the hot tub on the front deck. Should take us about 3 months to get that done so we can have one again! Should be ready for the Summer bookings.

Amazing stay!

This house is unbelievable and massive! We were a group of 24 friends coming to ski for the long weekend and had more than enough room to spread out (the house can comfortably sleep 36 if you share king beds). The hot tub was a great plus and fits 8 comfortably after a day of skiing. We had a lot of fun playing in the giant basketball court in the basement and enjoying the game room (includes ping pong table, foosball, arcade and shuffle board). The shuffleboard was a little crooked, but I assume that can be fixed or replaced. Cory and Jonathan were very helpful in the organization process and recommended great car service (Haute Cars) that we used throughout our stay and gave us a discount on our ski rentals. The kitchen is spacious and big enough for multiple people to be cooking at the same time. It is fully equipped (the only thing I would say is missing is more oven sheet pans as there was only one). The beds were comfortable and the master bedrooms had wonderful large bathtubs. If you have a large group of 20+, I wouldn't hesitate to book this beautiful house. The view is amazing too and only a 7-8 minute drive from the Town Lift! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Perfect vacation

WOW!! This house has everything. Everyone in our group had a great time. Lots of space, huge bedrooms, super clean and well stocked. The game room and basketball court were a big hit with our kids. I would highly recommend this home for anyone with a large family. We plan on making this trip an annual gathering and will definitely book this house again!

Perfect vacation

My family and I travel around a lot and we have never stayed in a home this cool. This house literally has everything, a theater, basketball court, gym, huge kitchen, the list goes on. The Property Manager was really nice and very helpful walking us through and making sure we knew how everything worked. It was the perfect vacation home for us. We can't wait to come back.
