The property is a great location to all things to do! Just a few things needed attention and the property management team has acknowledged them and committed to taking care of them! Very spacious home with the rooms being good distances from each other. Highly recommend this property and Avantstay as the host!

Great venue for large gatherings. We saw moose and wild turkeys in the neighborhood. Kitchen was great for all of the meal prep and dinners. Very close to PC Main Street. Host was very accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Excellent home that gave several families a lot of room to move and gather. Challenges with the TV, but the technician came over and got it fixed. All in all, it was a fun and great property with an absolute amazing view.

We truly enjoyed our stay. It is a very impressive property for the many comforts it offers. Tissue boxes throughout the house. Large areas of comfortable seating both indoor and outdoor where groups can socialize. Large comfortable bedrooms. A kitchen that was definitely usable.My only complaint was internet kept cutting out. They had backup but that kept cutting out also. I suspect they will fix this although my complaint on our last day there seemed to be ignored.

We had a great stay at this house in Park City with a group of 10 girls. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of bathrooms, which was a huge plus for a larger group! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the location was convenient for enjoying everything Park City has to offer.That said, several of the amenities were not working during our stay, which was disappointing. The living room fireplace, downstairs theater screen and theater room, and the steam shower in the downstairs bedroom were all unavailable. These were amenities we were looking forward to using and were part of the appeal of the house.Overall, it’s a nice property with a lot of space and potential, but it could use some updating and attention to the amenities to make the experience even better.

Fantastic experience, stunning views and short drive to park city. Indoor heated pool was a huge hit. Family gathering spaces were wonderful. We were hesitant about corporate hosts but they really did a nice job and were very responsive. Highly recommend especially for family gatherings.

Perfect Cabin

Stunning cabin with breathtaking views in the morning you cam take advantage of from multiple balconies on different levels. All the bedrooms were extremely accommodating.

Great family stay near Deer Valley

We had a wonderful family ski vacation at High Meadow! The location is amazing; the house is five minutes from both the ski lifts and downtown Park City, but in beautiful and relaxing neighborhood. The house is great too and easily fit the whole family. There are small things that should probably be updated in the near future like the dishwasher, but overall well worth it! Would definitely recommend this spot!

Family Reunion/Bday Trip

The house was perfect to get the whole family together. Big spaces to gather. Plenty of bedrooms for the all of the families. Location is easy to get anywhere in Deer Valley/Park City quickly. Views are quite beautiful. Neighborhood is very quiet.
