Holiday house rents (max capacity 14 people. - gite 3 stars) located in La Chapelle-sur-Loire in Touraine (3H of Paris, between Tours and Saumur) near the castles of the Loire.
The House of Poulettes is a completely renovated cottage of 130 m2 on 2 levels with:
- 5 bedrooms (sleeps 12 people): Ground floor 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed; Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed convertible into a double bed.
- 1 office-reading corner with sofa bed for 2 people.
- 2 shower rooms
- 2 independent toilets
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and extra fridge.
- A dining room of 20m2
- An enclosed garden equipped with children's games and sun loungers.
- A terrace with tables, chairs and umbrellas. Possibility of grilling with plancha available.

New equipment: Nespresso machine, 2 flat screen TVs, 1 Dvd player, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. Loan of 2 bicycles and a cart (capacity 2 children) to discover the cycle tracks "Loire by bike". Ping pong table.
Baby equipment: 1 bed, 2 beds umbrella, 1 stroller, 1 high chair, 1 sunbed, 1 booster. Games for children (swing, slide, bicycles, ball ...).
Stations nearby: La Chapelle-sur-Loire to 600 m and Port Boulet 5 km. courtyard to park cars. Possibility to rent a car and bikes from Bourgueil.
The House of pullets is 100m along the Loire in an area classified as World Heritage by Unesco. A bike tour is available at 50m from the cottage. Crossings of the Loire in a traditional boat are organized 700m. Bourgueil tastings are available from producers on site. Possible visit to 10 castles within a 20 km radius around the house.
A neighbor will welcome travelers and to answer any questions during the stay.
The price includes all charges, taxes, sheets (beds made), towels, table linen and a maintenance kit.

Where does the name “Maison des Poulettes” come from?
It’s actually the nickname we give our daughters – a “poulette” is a “chick”. It’s also because it once was home to Christelle’s grand-parents, named Albert and… Paulette, which sounds a lot like “Poulette”. Lastly, because you’ll find real chicks behind the house – they’re the neighbors’!
We wish you a great stay in the Maison des Poulettes and in our village, La Chapelle-sur-Loire !

Possibility to rent 2 large communal rooms (capacity max 50 and 200 people) to 700m of the lodging to organize a party or a big meal.
Ideal for meetings of families or friends.
