Large volumes, calm absolute, 5000 m ÂČ of ground, not of opposite, swimming pool for exclusive use of the manor, located in 1.5 km of the castle of Azay The Rideau, road of the valley of Lys, along the Indre and its troglodyte hillsides, in the heart of the castles of the Loire. Less than 25 km away: L'Islette, Villandry, Rigny-Usse, Langeais, Chinon, Sache, 45 'from Chenonceaux, the Abbey of Fontevraud, Montsoreau, Saumur) and 1h15 from Chambord) in the center of the Valley of the Kings.
Ideal for :
- hiking "Loire by bike",
- visits to wineries (AOC Touraine Azay-le-Rideau, Chinon, Bourgueil, St Nicolas de Bourgueil, Montlouis, Vouvray),
- visits to troglodyte cellars in the valley of GoupillĂšres, and the caves of SavonniĂšres
- boat trips on the Indre at L'Islette, on the Loire at Langeais or Vienne, in Chinon

Superb house for a family and friends to get together. Alain has equipped the house with everything you need, its grand without being delicate. Beforehand, Alain was easily contactable and amenable. Fabulous place, will be back again

Grandes vacances Ă  Alzay le Ridau

We enjoyed a super fun vacation. Staying in a well-equipped country house with pool, 2 km from the town was a real plus. Well-equipped kitchen, nice and large sitting area, a dining room with a dining table for 20 people, sitting areas for sunbathing and shaded areas. one downside! The sanitary facilities could be improved;

Charming family house and owner

We (5 families, 19 pers) have had an wonderful week in Manoir des Badinons. The house is authentic and keeps away from the 'rental business' atmosphere; nice! Our stay was during a heat wave, so the cool inside of the house was a big plus. Enough spots with shade in the garden, pool ok - pleasant depth. Azay-le Rideau (bakeries, Carrefour) was only 5 minutes by car. Third generation owner Alain Wiart is easy going and easy to contact, also in English. Highly recommended!

Lieu idéal pour un week-end (ou plus) avec une grande famille. Le cadre est superbe, trÚs proche d'un trÚs beau chùteau du val de Loire (pas facile toutefois de s'y rendre à pied!)Le manoir et son pavillon troglodytes possÚdent une capacité d'accueil optimale pour notre tribu. Piece bien agencées et bien reparties, équipement de la maison parfait, rien ne manquait!Ce qui par contre a été un peu déstabilisant c'est le nombre d'options payantes et les instructions qui paraissaient trÚs strictes

Belle demeure, adaptée aux grands groupes

TrÚs bon séjour passé entre amis au Manoir des Badinons. Les piÚces sont spacieuses et permettent d'accueillir des grands groupes sans avoir l'impression de se marcher dessus. Idem pour les salles de bains qui sont en nombres suffisant pour éviter les embouteillages du matin. Egalement beaucoup de vaisselle et d'équipements permettant de faire à manger pour de nombreux hÎtes. Enfin, l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter chùteaux, caves troglodytes et vignobles

TrÚs bon séjour

Notre sĂ©jour s’est trĂšs bien passĂ©. L’intĂ©rieur de la maison pourrait ĂȘtre un peu renovĂ© et l’extĂ©rieur un peu plus entretenu mais globalement, la maison Ă©tait trĂšs adaptĂ©e Ă  notre famille de 19 personnes, adultes, adolescents et enfants compris!

Maison bourgeoise avec tout le matériel nécessaire et suffisant. Excellente propreté. Quelques détails un peu décevants: pas de savon, presque pas de papier toilette, et une chambre difficilement accessible par une échelle de meunier, à signaler dans le descriptif.

Mitigé

Nous venons de passer un week end familial. 14 adultes et 8 enfants dont 3 en lits parapluie. Point positif : Belle demeure ( dans son jus mais entretenu ), une arrivée autonome, un voisin super sympa , un propriétaire trÚs gentil également. Des électroménagers en grand nombre, deux frigos, deux fours, deux lave-vaisselle . Le dortoir parfait pour les enfants. Une literie correct Une vaisselle trÚs complÚte. Barbecue super. Manoir au calme. Les déceptions : Au moment de prendre l'option soit une semaine avant on nous prévient que la piscine n'est pas chauffée.. pompe en panne..quel dommage nous avions pris une maison avec piscine chauffée exprÚs ayant beaucoup d'enfants moins de 6ans qui ont vite froid. Ce fut le cas, deux fois dix minutes dans le weekend. Une balançoire qui aurait besoin d'un bon coup de neuf car on ne pouvait pas laisser les enfants dessus car plus rien ne tien. C'est dommage. Trop d'humidité malgré les déshumidificateurs dans le troglodyte. Je recommande ++ pour des retrouvailles entres amis ou famille

Un beau manoir pour passer un week-end "cousinade" . L'espace et les Ă©quipements sont parfaitement adaptĂ©s pour ce genre de retrouvailles (un grand salon, une grande salle Ă  manger, une cuisine avec tout le nĂ©cessaire -suffisamment de chambres et salles de bain tout est parfait ). Nous avons pu profitĂ© du jardin et des jeux extĂ©rieurs: le cadre (de mĂȘme que la localisation: Val de Loire, Azay-Le-Rideau tout proche) est superbe.
