Lovely furnished one bedroom apartment (located on 2nd floor) with stove, refrigerator, microwave and TV for your entertainment while you stay in Alamo City. It is conveniently located just off the access road to IH-35 North near The Pearl and downtown San Antonio. One can easily walk to Broadway Street for shopping, eating at a nice restaurant, or finding entertainment in The Pearl complex. Plus, the city bus is conveniently located back on Carson Street (2 blocks) to take you downtown to our famous River Walk and the Alamo. 6blocks from Ft Sam Houston's gate on New Braunfels Ave.

Very thoughtful accommodations in a relatively good location for a great price! Check-in is easy and straightforward, the host communicated details very clearly and timely. The unit is upstairs. It is very clean and comfortable for two people. Some nice details - kitchen had a Keurig with complimentary k-cups, and bathroom had two sets of towels and available toiletries, and even a first aid kit. The location is fine - we didn’t have a car so opted for rideshares to get to the Pearl and to downtown. It is walkable to some good nearby spots like Breakaway Brewing and Volta. Checkout was also easy and straightforward. I’ll definitely consider staying here again!

Mrs. Phyllis was a wonderful host and has an adorable place. It is definitely small, but it was clean and comfortable. It was very close to downtown San Antonio, so I was able to go on lots of adventures without having to drive too far.
