Lovely furnished one bedroom apartment (located on 2nd floor) with stove, refrigerator, microwave and TV for your entertainment while you stay in Alamo City. It is conveniently located just off the access road to IH-35 North near The Pearl and downtown San Antonio. One can easily walk to Broadway Street for shopping, eating at a nice restaurant, or finding entertainment in The Pearl complex. Plus, the city bus is conveniently located back on Carson Street (2 blocks) to take you downtown to our famous River Walk and the Alamo. 6blocks from Ft Sam Houston's gate on New Braunfels Ave.

Mrs. Phyllis was a wonderful host and has an adorable place. It is definitely small, but it was clean and comfortable. It was very close to downtown San Antonio, so I was able to go on lots of adventures without having to drive too far.

Thank you for taking time to write a review. Even though my building is located in the Government Hill Historic district, apartment has been equipped with as many amenities as possible. The queen-size bed is appropriate for the room size. And yes apartment is located on the 2nd floor, at the very top of the 15 steps. Our location provides easy access to numerous locations by car and/or public transportation. And yes, the host will always promptly respond to be sure that your entire stay is accommodated and as comfortable as possible.

Small and comfortable

It was the perfect spot for what we needed. Close to many attractions and the downtown area.The nearby restaurant Ridge on the Hill has very good food and gas station near by.
