Conveniently located 2 miles from downtown, 1.5 miles to The Pearl and 8 minutes to the airport, you are in the Heart of Monte Vista, a National Historic neighborhood, fabulous for evening walks to nearby restaurants.

Please turn off AC when you leave Please be sure to leave key in the lock as you found it
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Hot Tub: Do not adjust temperature. Do not add other Substances into tub. A fee of $400 will be charged to drain and refill if you do so.
