Semi-detached villa located 200 meters from the sea and the commercial area, composed of living room with sitting area, sofabed by a square, kitchenette separated from the dining room, satellite TV, washing machine, 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed, 2 bathrooms complete with toilet-sink-bidet and shower, one renovated in 2018. Large veranda furnished with table, chairs and deck chairs, garden on three sides, outdoor shower, built-in barbecue. Private parking. Wifi extra € 15.00 per week.
The house is well fenced and has a well-kept garden, it is surrounded by greenery, despite being a semi-detached villa is well-screened from the house next door. The proximity to the beach and the shopping area makes unnecessary the use of the machine. So if you stay in this beautiful villa ready to total relaxation! Ideal for families with children, it can also accommodate two families.
