large quiet and bright studio in the cathedral district

the studio is located on the 2nd floor of a small 18th century building in the cathedral district, in the city center close to shops, nice restaurants and 10m walk from the train station. the place is practical, pleasant, bright and calm, it is ideal for a tourist stay or longer. It consists of an entrance, a kitchen open to a large bright room and a bathroom. You sleep well alone or in pairs (80 cm x 2). The kitchen is well equipped, there is also a washing machine.
The neighborhood is courteous.

Lovely apartment in Tours

This apartment was so pleasant and inviting I could have stayed a long time and been happy. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. The apartment is nicely situated for accessing all Tours has to offer. Tours is a charming city with many restaurants and shops, as well as a charming old town section. There are many options for tours to the chateau along the Loire. It was a great few days!

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage

Wir haben die Tage in Tours sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist kreativ eingerichtet, gemütlich und sehr ruhig. Die Lage in der Altstadt von Tours und in der Nähe des Bahnhofs war optimal für uns, um die Stadt und das Ufer der Loire zu erkunden und die Loire-Schlösser in der Umgebung mit dem Zug zu besuchen.Sehr zu empfehlen!

L'appartement est très agréable, très bien localisé dans le centre de tours, et le quartier est quand même très calme. Beaucoup de restaurants à moins de 5min a pieds.

Muy amable y bien atendido, esta en el centro de la cuidad, se puede ir a pie a todos los lugares incluso a la estacion, y en una calle muy muy tranquila. 👍👍👍

Plus qu un séjour parfait!

Le studio situé en plein centre ville est très bien équipé, rien ne manque et le lit est très confortable! Un vélo a été mis à ma disposition et m'a permis de faire de nombreuses balades dont les bords de Loire. J ai passé deux mois dans ce studio en me sentant comme chez moi d autant que l'accueil de Monique et de son mari a été très chaleureux, sans parler des multiples attentions qu' ils ont eu à mon égard durant tout mon séjour. A la fois discrets et serviables les propriétaires ont veillé à mon bien être. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir!

EXCELLENT

L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un quartier très vivant, à proximité de tout, dans une rue peu passante donc calme pour y dormir. Tout le nécessaire s'y trouve mais aussi des gentilles attentions des propriétaires qui accueillent avec un beau bouquet de fleur et de la confiture maison! et aussi avec toutes leurs les bonnes adresses pour un quotidien facile et agréable. Léquipement est complet, le lit confortable, l'ambiance est chaleureuse, la déco recherchée et d'un goût raffiné avec une bonne exposition à la lumière et un point de vue sur la Cathédrale. Il y a aussi 2 vélos à disposition, sympa pour aller se promener sur les bords de Loire. Je le recommande même pour un long séjour, seul à deux et même à 3 puisqu'il est suffisamment spacieux.

j'ai passé un très agréable séjour dans votre studio,idéalement situé dans le centre de tours.le studio est très lumineux et bien agencé. j'ai été accueillie chaleureusement par les propriétaires.je recommande ce logement à toutes personnes pour passer des vacances ou faire un stage
