Our villa is located 250m from the beach 500m from the Co (o) rniche and Dune du Pyla, 2km from the center of Pyla-sur-Mer and 4km Moulleau and ocean beaches.
Gaume villa built in 1936 on two floors, completely renovated, tastefully decorated.
6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 laundry, 3 wc.
Two lounges, a large open living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto a terrace of five terraces overlooking the pool.
Garden 800 m², around the house, hammock, ping pong, bicycles, heated pool 5 x 9.50 m secure, pool house, outdoor kitchen, barbecue and plancha.
Dining room summer - table capacity 20 people.
