The kitchen comes complete with crock pot, coffee maker, blender ,hot and cold water dispenser, toaster, ice maker. Large windows, sliding glass doors and a balcony off the master bedroom, and one off the living room area allow a pleasant breeze through this unit. Each room has its own temperature controlled air conditioner and a ceiling fan.

Why they chose this property
My wife and I bought a condo in Playa Del Carmen for many reasons, but the most important reason was the weather; it is always warm and sunny. Another reason was the Caribbean beach’s white sand and warm turquoise water. The area is very safe and the people are friendly.
The location of the condo is very convenient because although it is two blocks from the beach and one block from 5th Ave the area is still very quiet. The location is also close to both Super Wal-mart and Mega store.

The benefits we enjoy while staying at the Meridian condo, is the location. The location is close to the beach and close to 5th Ave. Also the location is very quite. There is also a very reliable property manager on site for all your needs.
