Chaparral Luxury Condo offers a comfortable and spacious retreat with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ideally located on Deer Valley Loop for easy access to all the area's top attractions. Free Deer Valley Direct shuttle will take you to and from the nearby (less than one mile) Snowpark Lodge.

The main level features two well appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a cozy living area with a fireplace and cable TV. A large deck off the dining room provides stunning mountain views and is outfitted with a gas BBQ grill.
A second expansive deck off the main bedroom has a private hot tub for a relaxing soak under the stars.

The upper level houses a large loft style bedroom and a full bathroom, as well as a sitting area with postcard-perfect views of Deer Valley Ski Area.

Our rating of the skiing had nothing to do the unit in which we stayed, that was Mother Nature. As for the unit, We have never stayed in a place where everything was so organized, identified, comfortable and beautiful unit. If we have the opportunity to come back to DV, most definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful place - close to everything

This place was incredible. Cozy, modern, had extra towels and was close to everywhere we went. The host was extremely nice, and we were even able to check in early. Will definitely stay again

Great Deer Valley Spot

The property is fantastic. Super clean, kitchen fully stocked. Has everything you’d need for a ski trip. Location is perfect for DV or PC skiing. Host was excellent and very accommodating. Will 100% stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay

We really loved this house. It is very well equipped with all kitchen necessities, towels, games, etc. Very clean and tasteful decor. Great location too. We really enjoyed the hot tub after long days of skiing. We will come back !

Perfect DV Spot!

The service, location, style and convenience of this condo is great! My family of five had an excellent vacation. The upstairs loft was perfect for our teenage boys. All questions were answered quickly by the property manager, Susan Shay who did an amazing job. I highly recommend this spot!

Great location. The photos of the upstairs area don’t do it justice. Even better in person. The kids loved having their own floor to hang out. One heads up for families is that there is no bath tub, only showers. We had a great stay.

This place has it all. Easy on and off bus to Deer Valley and Main Street. It was clean and comfortable (especially the beds). A modern style but not out of place for a ski condo mountainside. It is well laid out for both families and couples. We love to cook when we ski and we did not want for kitchen ware, tools, spices, paper supplies and cleaning products. We love that in a vacation rental. We had great weather and built many memories both in the condo and on the slopes. We would definitely rent again.

Cool Condo with ALL the bells and whistles

Great place to stay as it is both close to Deer Valley Resort and old town Park City...bus stop across the street. The condo is outfitted with everything you need...all of the kitchen gadgets and glassware you could wish for plus well outfitted for todays modern tech...lots of USB outlets as well as some cool LED light features. Plus the private hot tub was a plus (just watch the step..it is a little wobbly). Management service was also top notch and very responsive. Would certainly keep it on the list of places to visit again.

Great ski condo!

We are repeat ski renters, we love the location of east shuttle access to the slopes as well as being minutes to downtown for restaurants/shopping. Condo is well stocked in the kitchen with spices, pots/pans etc for dinners in and added comforts like plenty of towels, blankets & more! Communication is awesome and timely & we also love shipping our skis ahead of time where they get delivered right to the garage as well as using grocery girls where all of our groceries are in the condo before we arrive —- looking forward to making this our annual trip! Deer valley has our hearts

Highly Recommend!

We had an amazing stay in Park City! The condo was immaculate and well organized. The owners have anything and everything you could possibly need stocked and ready to go! We had a group of 6 adults and there was more than enough room for us all to spread out and have our own space. The proximity to bus stops made the location extremely convenient, and when we chose to Uber downtown it was around a 5 minute ride. The hot tub on the deck was the cherry on top! We enjoyed relaxing and enjoying the views after a long day of skiing. If we ever find ourselves in Park City in the future we would definitely stay here again!

Great stay, great house, great support

House is a great setup for 3 adult couples. Kind of hard to find a place that has 3 full size bedrooms without bunk beds/etc. Location is great if you're skiing at either PC or DV. The remodel is great, with top-line features in the kitchen. Everything labled really well to help find things in the kitchen/light switches/etc. Only downside is the living room is a bit small for 6 adults but not unmanagable. Overall, a great choice.

Excellent Overall Accommodations!

This condo was the most well appointed rental we've ever experienced. From cleanliness to quality of products provided (towels, toiletries, cooking supplies and spices). It was super organized with detailed instructions, everything in the home worked, including the TVs and hot tub which are usually culprits in a VRBO. I would highly recommend it! The bus stop was literally just across the street and we skiied all three mountains (Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley) with ease from this spot! A+++++ P.S. I also liked the personal notes and touches from the owners, very thoughtful and made it seem more homey...especially the basket of all size slippers!

This property was one of the best VRBO properties at which I have stayed. The entire unit was recently updated, so very modern decor and appliances. Super convenient to Deer Valley resort. The property manager was very responsive. Overall, a fantastic experience!

2nd time in deer valley for skiing , first time with family & children ….great location to Main Street shopping & dining in addition to being on “the loop” to get to multiple ski lodges! Communication was easy & received quick responses, even dropped off our ski stuff which was previously shipped ….couldn’t be happier & look forward to booking again. Kitchen & bathroom/bedrooms had plenty of what you needed plus extra items as well. Fully stocked with dishes, spices, bathroom toiletries and even hair accessories such as dryer, curling iron etc

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is stocked well with appliances and spices. The location is excellent for Deer Valley. Quick walk to frequent shuttles. A bit of a renovation in progress down to final touches but didn’t affect our stay. Upstairs room ideal for 4 kids.

Chaparral Deer Valley

Susan made it an easy booking from the start. Great location, across the street from the bus line, it’s a 2 minute drive to Snow park lodge and 5 minutes to Main Street. Very spacious, comfortable beds, the kitchen had everything you need and more. The jacuzzi was great and my kids were really comfortable. All around great place, definitely recommend staying there
