You will also be a short walk to the shuttle stop, right outside the Bristlecone entrance, where you can take the free bus throughout the town including Historic Main Street, PCMR, Canyons Resort, and Kimball Junction. This contemporary unit offers easy access to Snow Park base for winter skiing and summer adventures.

This two-level condo offers 3,217 square feet over four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, all to accommodate up to ten guests in complete comfort.

Living Room: The living room offers contemporary designer furnishings including two plush leather sofas, two modern arm chairs, cozy gas fireplace, Smart TV and access to the private Hot Tub patio overlooking Deer Valley Resort.

Upper Level Loft/Game Room: This room features a smart tv, sofa sleeper, billiards table, and full bath access.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and features GE appliances, built-in ice maker, tile counters and island bar with seating for three.

Dining Room: The dining area offers seating for six.

Great place to stay!

Loved our stay at this property. Looks just like the pictures-plenty of room for 7 adults. Location was close to the downtown area. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, hot tub was nice, beds were comfy, rental manager was quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend this stay.

This was the perfect location for a ski-trip in the park city area, my group had 6 people and it was the perfect fit. While we went to Park City and not Deer Valley for the skiing, it is still in a very convenient location and very close by. Additionally the house was very nice, we were all impressed by the layout, amenities, and quality of the interior.

Everything was perfect condition and the amenities in the structure were great right down to the pots and pans in the spices. In the master bath, there was some nails in the carpet when you walk from the bathroom into the shower. Just an FYI, this was our second time there and felt like home.

We absolutely loved this condo and agreed it is the best rental home we've ever stayed in. Everything was in excellent condition despite the unit being older (and more charming). A few things we particularly liked: easy access to the bus for trips to the ski area or going downtown, the full sized garage and overflow space around the corner, the kitchen, all of the bedrooms, the upstairs pool table. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
