It's a bright, cozy, ultra-modern retreat that you won't ever want to leave. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and furry friends.

Designer decorated. One bedroom, two baths, king bed. The house is a high end space that you will love. Calcutta quartz counter tops in a fully equipped kitchen; Living room has two imported soft leather recliners and a queen size sleeper sofa; Smart TV; Spacious bedroom with comfy king size bed, wall mounted smart TV. Two stylish bathrooms, one in the primary bedroom and one in the hallway to insure privacy if you have guests or just his and her bathrooms.
Oversized sliding glass door that brings light and the outside in. Patio has infrared barbecue and dining table for four. Perfect for indoor/outdoor living; Private rear yard has manicured green grass and two grapefruit trees ready to be picked to eat for breakfast. The home and the upscale neighborhood will insure an amazing guest experience.

Suggestions: -Put dishes in the sink or the dishwasher.- Do not run it. We wash and sanitize all the dishes every time, even they are not used.
-Dirty towels go in the bath tub. -Leave the bedding on the bed - as is on the bed. -If you cooked please wipe down surface area and pick up food crumbs-this to keep desert critters out of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Be respectable to the neighbors. No smoking inside the house. Let me know if anything needs to be fixed so I can repair it for you or the next guest.

A wonderfully warm retreat from the cold Northwest

The property was as described. Very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was in a desirable location close to shopping, eating, and the Living Desert. Very quiet and conducive to long walks without a lot of traffic in upscale neighborhoods. The backyard was attractive and secluded and was the perfect setting for BBQs and entertaining. If there were any issues Tomer the owner was more than happy to help alleviate them expeditiously. Overall our month stay at this property was excellent.

I'm a local real estate appraiser in the Palm springs and Joshua Tree National Park area. I have lived here since 1977. I enjoy running and cycling the over 5,000 mountain and park trails. International events such as Coachella Fest, Stagecoach and BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament are even more fun when you live here. The desert it is an amazing place. Aside from it's obvious beauty, it's safe, fun, worldly and there's always lots to do here. I hope you love the desert as much as I do.

We loved Tomer's place, it was exactly as it looked online and as described by Tomer in our communications with him: quiet, private, enclosed, stylish, clean, and near all the major amenities of Palm Desert like El Paseo, the living desert, hiking trails and golf. It was perfect for our two little dogs, as they had an enclosed, private back yard with 2 grapefruit trees that they could frolic in and stay safe. The master bedroom and living room were spacious and bright. Tomer was also highly responsive, particularly when we had a schedule change that he was able to accommodate. We would definitely stay there again!

Very close to downtown El Paseo, 150 golf courses and walking distance to the Living Desert Zoo & Garden. This is a convenient must do. There is also a bar and restaurant inside the Desert Zoo & Garden.
Very close to all the major attractions such as Coachella Fest, Stage Coach festival and the BNP Paribas Tennis Stadium.
