The 2 bedroom unit was perfect for us and the other couple who shared the unit with us. The living room separated the two bedrooms which gave plenty of privacy.The Resorter complex was very nice. If you were into golf and pickleball then you were were truly at the right location.The Palm Springs area is very large. We found it very convenient to get around and see the sights.

We shared your feedback with the homeowner, and they wanted to provide a few clarifications:- The cleaner confirmed that all showers were functioning properly before check-in, as part of their standard inspection. However, once we received your call, the owner sent someone to the condo to double-check and ensure everything was in working order.- This is not the standard we hope to deliver when it comes to cleanliness. The cleaning and pest control teams will receive this feedback so they can make the necessary improvements.- The sliding doors and bedroom light switch are working as intended, though we understand they may not have met your preferences. The wobbly toilet seat has been reported and will be addressed by the maintenance team.Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us continue improving the guest experience.
