TRULLO WITH POOL SEA VIEW - GALLIPOLI - SOUTH TOWER - JUST RENOVATED

This is a stone trullo with a sea view terrace, just renovated. Typical of the Salento tradition, it is immersed in a wonderful unspoiled nature and a few km from Gallipoli. It is located in a strategic position, about 800 meters from the sea and 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Gallipoli. A perfect setting to spend a relaxing beach holiday, with all comforts, and close to any type of service or tourist resort.
The trullo falls on a land of a total of 7,500 square meters (exclusive property and therefore totally available to users who decide to stay there) including the typical Mediterranean scrub, with olive grove and almond trees.
Entry into the property is via a gate with automatic opening - by means of a remote control which will be provided upon arrival - which allows the parking of several cars within the relevant area.
In the large garden available there are all types of comfort: barbecue, outdoor shower, relaxation hammocks, sofa area with TV, table with chairs, umbrella, staircase to access the terrace equipped with hydro-massage pool overlooking the sea.
Internally, however, the trullo is composed of entrance to living room (equipped with TV, table with chairs and double sofa bed), kitchen, hallway, n. 2 double bedrooms each with TV and dressing room, n. 2 bathrooms and closet.
The trullo can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and the structure is also served by wifi internet service.
In the immediate vicinity there are all types of services: supermarket, minimarket, market, fish market, bar, lounge bar, restaurant, pizzeria, trattoria, church, hairdresser, tobacconist, pharmacy, service station, ATM, souvenir's shop, tennis courts , 5-a-side football etc.

Great stay

We had a great time here. Views are fantastic, the property was lovely and great place to sun bathe. Not many restaurants in walking distance but plenty a short drive away. The owner was really good to deal with and his recommendations for restaurants and stuff were spot on! Definitely recommend!!

Exceptional place in Salento

We stayed in the house for 1 week. Contact with Vincenzo very friendly and helpful. The house has a very large garden with Olive trees, Figs, Fichi d’India and so on. Gekko walking around the garden in the evening. Bring anti-mosquito stuff. Larger than the pictures impressed. Nice terrace in the shadow. Very quiet and secure place. Rooftop terrace with Whirlpool and view of the sea. Nice sunsets. Inside the house was cool (aircon is there but we didnt need it) Good position to explore Salento, must visit Lecce, Gallipoli and Otranto. Nice coastline to drive along. Car is necessary in this part of Italy. Clear recommendation from us.

Quiet and restful

We arrived at the property in the early evening after driving from Bari. It was already dark and when we arrived Vincenzo was waiting for us. All the lights we on around the property and the garden and instantly we felt a warmth and magic of the property. The villa is beautiful, with all the character of the old building preserved, but with modern conveniences. The beds are very comfortable – important to us!! The roof terrace is very private and the hut tub a bonus. The garden creates a wonderful backdrop to the property and is a credit to the gardener who maintains it!! Watching the sun go down across the sea in the distance adds to the atmosphere. The local area is packed with real Italian / Puglian charm and we found everyone friendly. Even though we stayed out of season, there were plenty of bars and restaurants open. The beaches and coast line is fantastic and at every turn it was different. Sand, rocks and cliffs all witing a short drive of the property. Car hire is absolutely essential. All in all - a great restful holiday that we will remember for a long time to come! Thank you Vincenzo!

Tranquil and Beautiful

The property was absolutely amazing! The pictures do not in fact do this justice! The surrounding land is immaculately kept, as well as the property being perfectly presented, with the scenic views also being just as beautiful. The host did more than required to be accommodating, being most friendly and helping with a transport issue I had getting from Gallipoli to the residence, as I didn't not arrive until almost midnight. The host was very through with assisting with settling in, explaining all that was needed to know in regard to the residence, the surrounding areas and their amenities. The host also went out of his way before my departure to ensure that I was able to check out with the least amount of effort on my part due to having to leave for the airport at 03:30 in the morning. He even brought me a pizza and a beer on my last night. This I found to be such great gesture and would whole heartedly recommend this property to everyone and anyone considering. I will be returning with my wife in the the summer also, I was that impressed.

Sehr erholsam, sehr ruhig

Wir waren im April fĂŒr fĂŒnf Tage hier. Ein wunderbarer, sehr ruhiger Ort. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Der Trullo ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben viel gekocht und gegrillt. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt mehrere schöne Orte, vor allem die Dachterrasse.Vincenzo ist Ă€ußerst zuvorkommend und hat sich perfekt um uns gekĂŒmmert. Toller Urlaub!

Ferien in traumhaftem Garten

Das Haus hat 2 gute Schlagzimmer mit bequemen Betten, die Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool ist wirklich schön- aber das Beste ist der riesige traumhafte Garten mit Feigen, GranatĂ€pfeln und OlivenbĂ€umen. alles sicher , auch fĂŒr Hunde, umzĂ€unt. Der Vermieter und sein Vater sind sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar.

Vacanza stupenda

Proprio quello che stavamo cercando. Un trullo con un bellissimo giardino completamente recintato adatto per gli animali, un pergolato dove poter mangiare all’aperto, dentro al trullo tutto che serve, quando si ù in vacanza e come non ricordare la terrazza con la vasca idromassaggio
.. La posizione della struttura, e la dimensione del giardino garantisco una totale privacy, restando a pochi minuti dal paesino dove ù possibile trovare il necessario. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario e alla sua famiglia sempre disponibili e cordiali. Grazie per la splendida vacanza

FĂŒr uns war es genau richtig.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Trullo. Vincenzo uns sein Vater waren im Bedarfsfall immer ansprechbar, aber es war alles in Ordnung und wir hatten ein gutes GefĂŒhl. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und durch die Fliegengitter konnten wir auch bei offenen Fenster n die gute Luft genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

liebevoll renovierter Trullo

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit von Vincenzo, unserem Gastgeber. Dank der Koordinaten, die wir von ihm bekommen haben, haben wir den Trullo auch sofort gefunden. Das GrundstĂŒck ist eingezĂ€unt und deshalb prima fĂŒr Hunde geeignet. Die OlivenbĂ€ume und die zahlreichen BĂŒsche sind ganz zauberhaft. Der kleine Trullo ist liebevoll hergerichtet und hat die perfekte GrĂ¶ĂŸe fĂŒr zwei Personen. Sehr wertvoll sind die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern und die Waschmaschine. Wir haben fast jeden Tag den gemauerten Grill genutzt (es gibt in den SupermĂ€rkten tolles Grillfleisch) und konnten trotz starkem Wind immer draußen frĂŒhstĂŒcken. In der winzigen KĂŒche ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Der Whirlpool auf dem Dach ist in ein paar Stunden eingelassen und dank Heizung auch schön warm. Das WLAN könnte a bisserl schneller sein, das Arbeiten war manchmal etwas zĂ€h. Racale ist in der Nebensaison trostlos (die Straßen sind auch voller Schlaglöcher), aber nach Gallipoli fĂ€hrt man in rund zwanzig Minuten. Wir haben sehr erholsame Ferien hier verbracht und fanden es zudem super, daß es keine Nachbarn gab.

Trullo dans un beau jardi

Beau Trullo confortable dans un jardin d'oliviers, grenadiers, figuiers de barbarie etc trĂšs bien entretenu. Jardin d'Ă©tĂ© ombragĂ© Ă  l’extĂ©rieur et sur le toit du trullo une terrasse avec vue sur la mer et un jacuzzi. Malheureusement le jacuzzi Ă©tait vide et quand nous l'avons rempli il est restĂ© froid. En Ă©tĂ© cela doit ĂȘtre idĂ©al, mais en automne l'eau chaude aurait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©e. Bon emplacement pour visiter les Pouilles, bien centrĂ© entre les diffĂ©rentes villes et plages.

Tolle Dachterrasse und tolle Vermieter

Vincenzo und sein Vater waren sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit zur Stelle, wenn erforderlich. Man hat wunderbare Ruhe auf dem GelĂ€nde und einen schönen Blick von der Dachterrasse aufs Meer. Ein sehr guter Platz, um das Salento mit seinen schönen KĂŒsten und StĂ€dten zu erkunden.

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit funktionalem Inneren

Das Haus hat einen wunderbaren Außenbereich mit sehr gutem Grill, Dachterrasse und Aussicht. Auf dem Anwesen ist ein Olivenhain und es gibt diverse Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Garten ist sicher umzĂ€unt und auch das Haus ist mit FensterstĂ€ben und Fliegengittern ausgestattet, sodass man nachts mit offenen Fenstern auch im Erdgeschoss sorglos schlĂ€ft. Die Einrichtung ist funktional und ausreichend.
