The villa, recently built, is set in an estate of about 5000 square meters. The property is enclosed by a dry stonewall that provides privacy and relaxation. The ownership living olive trees, fig trees, almond trees and Mediterranean vegetation consisting of mastic, myrtle, carob, olive, capers, rosemary, thyme and arbutus. In front of the villa there is a small trullo built around 1800. In the trullo is possible to relax, read or take a nap.
The villa has a large patio where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner in the open air or converse and relax on the lounge chairs. The villa has 5 beds in one large room, thanks to the spatial arrangement ensures privacy and comfort. In fact, the living space is marked with two rooms separated by a loft served by 2 bathrooms. The interior of the villa is cooled by an efficient air conditioning system for the summer.
Outside the villa there is an efficient structure used as a barbecue and some areas equipped as a solarium.

Safe, Secure, Relaxing and great place to stay

Located on the edge of the town, this quiet and secure villa was just perfect for me and my wife to enjoy a belated honeymoon. The inside of the property was clean, well furnished with everything we needed for a stay of 9 nights. The spacious outside area was great for Yoga in the morning and spending the cool evenings. At the time of year we went, had a great light show most evenings from the thunderstorms that were happening further up the coast. The host was most accommodating and was on hand whenever needed. There was a great personal welcome and introduction to the property with some great advice on how to get the best from our vacation. I can also thoroughly recommend a trip to Fontanelle beach which is approximately 10km south on the coast road. Check out was equally simple and easy and the host spent some time to tell us about some of the history of the property and the previous generations that had worked on it. Fantastic place - Thanks for letting us stay!

Fantastisches Ferienhaus

Eligio ist der perfekte Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation klappte schon im Vorfeld hervorragend und er war immer erreichbar. Wir trafen uns bei der Anreise an einem zentralen Punkt im Ort, von dem aus er uns zum Haus führte. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, wunderschön ausgestattet und liegt sehr ruhig in einem Olivenhain. Zur Begrüßung hatte Eligio uns sogar Mineralwasser und Pasticciotti mitgebracht. Sehr köstlich! Wir können Eligio mit seinem schönen Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana nella villa di Eligio, e abbiamo potuto apprezzare la cura e il buon gusto che impiegato nel realizzarla. La villa si trova a poca distanza dalla strada principale che collega il paese di Alliste alla costa rocciosa di Capilungo, che si raggiunge in meno di cinque minuti. Per chi cerca la spiaggia sabbiosa, in venti minuti è possibile arrivare a Torre San Giovanni dove non resterà deluso. Il giardino della villa è un compendio delle varietà di macchia mediterranea da scoprire e il piccolo trullo restaurato è un elemento caratteristico del paesaggio che non poteva mancare. Bellissima la terrazza per fare colazione o cenare all'aperto, e ben attrezzato anche il barbecue. Tanto spazio per parcheggiare l'auto, cancello elettrico e illuminazione esterna vi faranno sentire sicuri. Complimenti al proprietario Eligio. Lo consigliamo.

La casa si trova in un luogo molto tranquillo e silenzioso dove la sera la splendida veranda permette di leggere un buon libro buttando ogni tanto un occhio al cielo stellato. Le spiagge più belle del Salento si trovano al massimo a 20/25 minuti di macchina ma, anche a cinque minuti da casa. Eligio, il proprietario di casa, è una persona accogliente, gentile e pronta a risolvere eventuali problemi.Vacanza, posto e casa perfetta. Grazie di tutto e a presto. Olivia

Un petit coin de paradis

Véritable havre de paix au milieu des oliviers, figuiers, romarin, la mer en vue et le spectacle du soleil s’y plongeant chaque soir, une grande terrasse ombragée, un magnifique barbecue, la possibilité d’aller piquer une tête à moins de 2 kms, un accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire, mon époux, notre fille de 20 ans et nos 2 chiens avons été enchantés par notre séjour de 10 jours dans la propriété d’Eligio! Vacanza indimenticabile

La casa vacanza di Eligio in Puglia è stata semplicemente fantastica. Fin dall'inizio, Eligio si è preso molta cura del nostro benessere e ci ha dato un caloroso benvenuto. Ci siamo subito sentiti benvenuti e in buone mani. La posizione della casa vacanze era perfetta. Era a pochi minuti dal mare e aveva una bellissima vista sul mare. I dintorni erano tranquilli e pacifici, il che ha contribuito a creare un'atmosfera rilassante per le vacanze. La casa era spaziosa, pulita e ben attrezzata. C'era tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, compresa una cucina ben attrezzata, letti comodi e due bagni. Ci è piaciuta particolarmente la grande terrazza, sulla quale abbiamo avuto ottime colazioni e cene. Eligio era sempre a disposizione per fornirci consigli e raccomandazioni sui luoghi da visitare nella zona. La sua ospitalità e disponibilità sono state davvero notevoli e hanno contribuito a rendere indimenticabile la nostra vacanza. Tutto sommato, posso consigliare pienamente la casa per le vacanze di Eligio in Puglia. Offre un'ottima posizione, comfort e meravigliosa ospitalità. Entspannung pur

Es war ein absolut perfekter Urlaub. Eligio hat uns beim Check-in alles ganz genau erklärt und uns auch noch Wasser und sehr leckere Pasticciotti zur Begrüßung mitgebracht. Er war auch immer für uns erreichbar und auch der Check out war unkompliziert. Das Haus ist der Wahnsinn. Sehr stilvoll und minimalistisch eingerichtet, aber doch alles vorhanden. Der Garten war ein Paradies und wir haben sehr viele kleine Eidechsen gesehen. Von der Terasse aus hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Garten und auch den Sonnenuntergang. Man kann einfach abschalten, runterfahren und die Natur genießen. Für uns war es genau das, was wir brauchten und wie wir uns Urlaub vorstellen. Grazie Eligio und hoffentlich sehen wir uns im nächsten Jahr wieder!

Perfekter Urlaub

Das Haus liegt wunderbar inmitten eines traumhaften Gartens, der durch seines landestypischen Pflanzen ein wahres Paradies ist. Schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto in ca. 10 min sehr gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Essen/Frühstück sogar fussläufig in der Nähe. Die Terasse bietet einen Blick auf Meer und wir hatten jeden Abend einen perfekten Sonnenuntergang, besser geht es nicht. Die Einrichtung ist bestens, die Betten extrem bequem, wir konnten auch selber kochen und haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter steht mit Rat und Tipps zur Verfügung, er ist sehr hilfsbereit und es hat alles super perfekt funktioniert. Das Objekt ist wirklich ein Traum - besser kann man nicht urlauben!

Bijna perfect

Een mooi, comfortabel villaatje in een oase van rust. De keukenuitrusting is voldoende, het bed comfortabel en de aanwezigheid van twee badkamers met toilet een absolute plus. Het meubilair is prima, een paar kussentjes voor de stoelen zouden het comfort nog verhogen. Het huis is goed beveiligd, met traliewerk voor ramen en deur, en een alarminstallatie. De trullo en de fraaie begroeiing van het terrein maken van het geheel een fijne, sfeervolle vakantieaccommodatie. De sympathieke eigenaar Eligio is geen moeite te veel om het zijn gasten naar de zin te maken, staat klaar als er problemen zijn en zal niet rusten voordat die zijn opgelost. Eén puntje misschien: op de website wordt de aanwezigheid van een Smart TV vermeld. Dat suggereert de aanwezigheid van Internet c.q. WiFi. Maar die ontbreken. Men is dus aangewezen op mobiele data. Het TV aanbod is uitsluitend Italiaans. Toch is de conclusie: Geweldig, Eligio! We zijn ervan overtuigd dat je nog veel blije gasten zult krijgen.

Natur pur

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne, erholsame Wochen dort verbracht. Das Haus ist klein aber fein und mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Es ist äusserst liebevoll und mit einem Auge fürs Detail eingerichtet. Auch der Komfort lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Gartenanlage ist weitläufig, mit vielen, teils versteckten Lieblingsplätzen. Ruhig gelegen wähnt man sich, sowohl tagsüber wie auch abends oder nachts, im Paradies. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist absolut unkompliziert. Wir wurden mit grosser Herzlichkeit empfangen und auch mit wertvollen Tips für die Umgebung ausgestattet. Bei Fragen oder Schwierigkeiten ist er rund um die Uhr für seine Gäste zu erreichen. Dieser Ort ist magisch und hat die Kraft, zu verzaubern

Super Villa im Olivenhain

Wir können diese Villa nur wärmsten empfehlen! Moderne schlichte Architektur, super sauber an einzigartiger Lage. Die Villa befindet sich in Mitten von Oliven Plantagen, umgeben von Trullis mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Dieser kann insbesondere vom Dach der Villa oder des hauseigenen Trullo genossen werden. Der Aussenbereich mit Veranda, Lounge und BBQ ist sehr grosszügig und mann kann sich im eigenen Garten super verweilen. Der Weg zum Mehr ist Gehdistanz und Eligio empfiehlt die besten Strände an der ionischen Küste - einfach traumhaft. Wir möchten uns bei ihm für sein wunderschönes Zuhause aber auch seine Gastfreundschaft und Insight herzlich bedanken und kommen wieder! GRAZIE MILLE!

Geweldig!!

Wat een mooi huis, wat een heerlijke tuin en wat een schitterende streek! De eigenaar Eligio verwelkomt je meer dan gastvrij en vertelt graag wat er allemaal te beleven valt in de streek Puglia. We hebben 8 dagen mogen genieten in dit superleuke huis, dicht bij de kust en met mooie stadjes in de buurt! Echt een aanrader als je van rust en natuur houdt!!

Sehr ruhiges und komfortables Anwesen

Wir sind sehr spät 00.30 Uhr angekommen und der Vermieter hat uns trotzdem persönlich in Empfang genommen. Eliglio hat uns außerdem ein kleines sehr leckeres Frühstück und eine Flasche Wein in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Überhaupt war der Empfang sehr herzlich und freundlich, was auch wärend unseres Aufenthaltes sich nicht änderte. Das Haus ist wohl ziemlich neu und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles in allem zu 100% zu empfehlen. Zu einem traumhaften Sandstrand fährt man ca 15 min mit dem Auto. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist ca 7 min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Ein Paradies

Dieses Haus und das dazugehörige Grundstück sind ein wahres Paradies. Wir haben im August mit unseren zwei Kindern (6 und 9 Jahre) zwei traumhafte Urlaubswochen hier verbracht. Für uns waren das Haus und das dazugehörige Grundstück perfekt. Idyllische Alleinlage inmitten der Olivenhaine. Keine Nachbarn weit und breit und viel Platz zum chillen, kochen (großer Grillplatz mit Spüle und Arbeitsfläche), spielen, entspannen. Eligio, der Vermieter, hat uns äußerst freundlich empfangen - mit Kuchen und Wein im Kühlschrank. Er hatte sogar für unsere Kinder extra altersentsprechend ausgwählt einige Brettspiele bereit gestellt. Wir konnten Eligio jederzeit ganz umkompliziert per Whatsapp kontaktieren, wenn wir Fragen hatten und er hat uns tolle Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt (Eligio brachte bei dieser Gelegenheit nochmals Kuchen für uns mit). Und auch sonst waren Gebrauchsprodukte wie Klopapier, Spül- und Waschmittel, Grillanzünder etc. ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haus ist größer als es die Bilder im Internet vermuten lassen - so empfanden wir es zumindest. Es ist absolut stylish und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet - und Haus und Garten sind von Eligio liebevoll gepflegt. Bis ins kleinste Detail stimmt hier wirklich alles: Von der ebenerdig begehbaren Dusche mit Regenbrause, die gemütliche Innengestaltung des auf dem Grundstück befindlichen Trullis, die abendliche automatische Beleuchtung des Gartens, bis hin zur extra installierten Grill-Lampe, damit man auch im Dunkeln grillen kann - und nicht zu vergessen die phänomenale Dachterrasse: Tagsüber zum sonnen, nachts zum Sterne beobachten. In Capilungo ist die Küste felsig, für Kinder daher nicht zum Baden geeignet (allerdings haben wir hier wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge erlebt). Schöne Sandstrände sind aber in ca. 20 Minuten per Auto gut erreichbar. Mitte August waren die Strände ziemlich überfüllt, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat, da wir ja am Haus genug Ruhe und "Einsamkeit" genießen konnten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im nahegelegenen Alliste und Racale (Supermarkt, Metzger, Fischhändler, Gemüsehändler, Bäcker...). Zum Essen gehen empfiehlt sich Felline. Ein ganz kleiner, tagsüber eher verschlafener Ort, der aber gleich mehrere sehr gute Restaurants beherbergt und abends zum Leben erwacht. Wir haben hier mehrfach vorzüglich gespeist. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen!

Tranquilité et dépaysement

Nous avons passé 3 semaines au calme parmi les oliviers et les cigales. La vue sur mer depuis la terrasse est magnifique et il faut absolument y monter pour admirer le coucher du soleil. La villa est moderne et décorée avec goût, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire au bon déroulement du séjour. La literie est de qualité et les photos sont conformes à la réalité. La mer est à 1,4 km de voiture (plages de rochers). Un havre de paix à quelques minutes des commerces et des splendides plages de sable de Torre San Giovanni. Eligio est un propriétaire remarquable par sa gentillesse, sa discrétion et sa disponibilité, très à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Cet amoureux de la nature vous fera partager sa passion pour les oiseaux et la végétation. Bref, idéal pour se reposer et à la fois découvrir la région du Salento !! Nous recommandons cette location ++

Un'oasi di pace a due passi dal mare

La Puglia mi è rimasta nel cuore, e gran parte del merito va a questa splendida villa. L'abitazione è immersa in un terreno con alberi di vario tipo e ulivi secolari, non essendoci altre case vicine si gode di una pace e privacy assoluta, solo le cicale tengono compagnia dando il buongiorno al mattino e la buonanotte alla sera. La casa ha un'arredamento essenziale e moderno con piccoli tocchi marini di ottimo gusto, è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici (frigo, lavastoviglie, forno, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli) e viene consegnata pulitissima. Io mio marito e la nostra bimba ci siamo trovati benissimo, abbiamo fatto fresche colazioni sotto il portico, romantiche cenette al chiaro di luna, e ci siamo divertiti a giocare nel piccolo trullo. La posizione è ottima, in cinque minuti si arriva alla spiaggia più vicina, in 15 minuti alle bellissime spiagge di Torre San giovanni e con qualche minuto in più si arriva alle Maldive Del Salento o a Gallipoli. Sicuramente la sceglierei nuovamente per una vacanza nel Salento anche grazie alla disponibilità e cordialità del proprietario, il Sig.Eligio, che non si risparmia per i suoi ospiti facendoli sentire come a casa propria, consigliando spiagge e ristoranti, e rendendosi a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità.

Splendida location immersa nella natura vicino al mare assistiti per qualunque cosa da Eligio.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa meravigliosa villetta immersa negli ulivi a pochi minuti dal mare, le spiaggie sono a 10 minuti di auto ma per gli amanti della sabbia ne vale la pena, mare stupendo con spiagge attrezzate e libere a scelta, andando nei paesi interni si può comprare a prezzi più che onesti tutto quello che serve consiglio la frutta e verdura dalla signora che le coltiva vicino al cimitero di Alliste, un ringraziamento in particolare va al propietario Eligio per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità, la nostra unica delusione è stata la fine della vacanza con la promessa di ritornare in questa meravigliosa location per un' altra splendida vacanza.

Simply wonderful!

This was our first trip to Salento and did not really know what to expect. Our expectations were not just met but exceeded in every way. Eligio was an amazing, warm and generous host and nothing was too much trouble. The villa was immaculately clean, well appointed and set in an olive grove overlooking the sea. The atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing, a perfect setting to unwind from our busy lives. The nearest small town of Capilungo was very quiet but scenery quite captivating. Our favourite beach was between San Giovanni and Torre Mozza, a stretch of perfect golden sand and clear blue sea with few people there, only 20 minutes drive away and far better than the well known 'Maldives' beach. We drove to Racale most evenings to eat in a few of the wonderful local restaurants and enjoyed a weekend of festivities. We also visited the beautiful town of Lecce which was unmissable for the amazing architecture and cobbled streets. If you are looking for quiet stunning beaches, a warm welcome, fantastic food and an authentic Italian experience then this is the place to go! Thank you Eligio

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage nahe am Meer

Das Haus liegt umgeben von Olivenbäumen idyllisch und ruhig mit nur kurzer Entfernung zum Meer. Die alten Mauern beherbergen eine moderne und stylische Einrichtung mit allem Komfort. Vom Dach das Hauses hat man einen tollen Blick über die Landschaft und dem Meer. Am schönsten ist die Abendstimmung mit Sonnenuntergang im Meer. Der Außenbereich lädt zum relaxen ein. Mehrere Sitzflächen und ein Grillplatz machen das Objekt perfekt. Der Eigentümer Eligio ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und steht jederzeit zur Verfügung. Im nahegelegene Alliste gibt es jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vom Fischladen bis zum Supermarkt ist alles da, was man braucht. Restaurants und Beach-Bars gibt es ausreichend. Im Oktober war es entspannt ruhig. Möglicherweise ist in der Hauptsaison viel los.

Superlativa!!!

Tenuta strepitosa! Io,il mio compagno e la nostra cucciola Nikita abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni indimenticabili presso questa villa stupenda gli ultimi 10 giorni di settembre.Il proprietario,il sign.Eligio oltre ad essere una persona estremamente accogliente e disponibile ci ha accolto come se fossimo amici di famiglia.La casa oltre ad essere esattamente come descritta nell'annuncio,è dotata di ogni comfort dalla lavatrice alla lavastoviglie,tutto in perfette condizioni.Anche l'arredamento della casa rispetta il buon gusto e la passione per il design del proprietario,essenziale ma d'effetto.Gustare la colazione sotto il porticato immersi in quella pace ,circondati da ulivi secolari è Una buonissima ricarica del mattino!! Senza parlare delle spiagge dei dintorni,in questo periodo poco affollate e per Questo paradisiache!!! Consiglio a tutti un soggiorno in questa stupenda tenuta a pochi metri dal mare...e un grazie ancora ad Eligio per la sua ospitalità!

Un tocco di classe tra gli ulivi

Bellissima villa situata in mezzo ad una campagna densa di profumi. L'accoglienza del proprietario, il dott. Eligio, è veramente eccezionale. Il suo calore e la sua cortesia nell'accogliere gli ospiti vanno oltre ogni aspettativa. La villa, assolutamente deliziosa, oltre ad essere nuovissima e arredata con gusto raffinato, è dotata di ogni comfort che può rendere piacevole il soggiorno. Dal terrazzo sul tetto si gode di una splendida vista fino al mare e il patio attrezzato con un ampio tavolo consente di consumare i pasti circondati dalla natura. Il silenzio e la tranquillità, oltre alla privacy, sono assicurati. Consigliamo vivamente il soggiorno in questa incantevole struttura.
