Owned by a long time WaterColor owner and nestled on a quiet and serene cul-de-sac with stunning views of one of WaterColor's beautifully landscaped parks, our vacation home is just a quick bike ride from the beach, boutique shops, and grocery stores. Enjoy your own private oasis with a newly added pool, spa, and summer kitchen—perfect for relaxation and fun for all ages! With a brand-new golf cart EZ-GO Lithium Golf Cart (October 2024), you can scoot around to anywhere on 30A quickly!

Accommodating up to 14 guests and access to all of WaterColor's amazing amenities, our home features access to 5 spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, plus a bonus bunk room. Ideal for family gatherings, it also includes an attached carriage house with a kitchenette.

The bright, open-concept layout boasts a cozy living room with ample seating, a 65" Samsung TV, and a Sonos surround sound system—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or entertaining friends. The chef's kitchen is equipped with professional-grade appliances and all the essentials for crafting gourmet meals. Host memorable dinners at the elegant formal dining table, illuminated by a stunning artisan chandelier, with additional seating at the breakfast bar for six. All bedrooms come equipped with noise machines and charging ports for ultimate ease!


Step outside to embrace outdoor living at its best! Enjoy al fresco dining, a built-in gas grill, and the refreshing private pool and spa, all with picturesque views of the Point Washington State Preserve. Picture yourself sipping cocktails while the kids play or enjoying a peaceful morning coffee. The private pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee during cooler months.

Wonderful week in Watercolor

Our family of 13 enjoyed the layout of the house and the large bedrooms. We absolutely loved the location on a quiet cul de sac lined with trees. We enjoyed the porch, the golf cart and trolley system.We had a blast and are looking forward to returning next year!

Amazing house

We had an amazing trip to 43 sandy creek. The house was perfect. Super nice and plenty of room for our whole family, a golf cart to take to the beach and a pool when we wanted to stay home. The host was super helpful and gave great instructions to use the in house stereo system. Would highly recommend and we plan on coming back.

Just Book It!

Our stay was fantastic! Nathan was super responsive, answering all our questions quickly. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the house was incredibly spacious—our family of five didn’t even use one bedroom or the adorable carriage house with bunk beds. The private pool was a huge hit, and the location was perfect, just a quick golf cart ride to Camp WaterColor, restaurants, and the WaterColor pool. Highly recommend!

First of all- the listing says newly renovated-it is not. Also advertises 5 king beds- there were only 2. Everything in that house is worn out from the stairs, floors, bath fixtures, rugs, pans-everything needs maintenance! Pee stains on the upstairs pull out trundle. The grill was unusable, rusted and dirty. The pool was nice but there was no loungers to sit in just some rusty dining chairs. This was the worst house we have stayed at in 16 years. Not worth the money. Very disappointed. Never heard back from host after beetle bugs were found on the furniture and in bathroom.

A Great Vacation!

We had an amazing time staying! The house was super spacious and comfortable, with a great mix of style and convenience. The private pool was definitely the highlight—it kept the kids entertained for hours while we relaxed nearby. The open living area and well-equipped kitchen made it easy for us to hang out and enjoy meals together.The location was perfect, too. We were just a short walk or bike ride from the beach and close to all the cool shops and restaurants along 30A. The neighborhood felt laid-back and family-friendly, with lots of outdoor activities to enjoy. Honestly, it was the perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway, and we’re already planning our next visit!

This vacation home on 30A is a total gem! Super clean, stylish, and comfy, it’s got everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The private pool is the perfect spot to chill after a day at the beach, which is just a short walk away. Inside, the open living space is bright and airy, with tons of natural light and plenty of room to spread out. The family that owns his house was super-easy to communicate with!
