Apartment was very nice Hand to pato door was broken, the apartment had not been cleaned fully (two dustpan full. Don't reply to emails sent for help, too much road noise day and night, even when all doors and windows closed, no electric kettle.

Dear customer, Thank you for your visit and for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are glad that you were able to enjoy the place as well as relax in this wonderful environment. We take note of the less good aspects to improve for the future. And we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are sad that you did not have a good communication with us, but e-mails for help are not the fastest way and also because the office has a timetable that if you write outside these hours it is difficult to be answered. You are also provided with an emergency number for these cases. We hope to see you again soon. Best regards, Zapholiday
