The apartment comprises of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony plus a twin bedroom which uses the family shower room. The contemporary styled lounge/diner has comfortable seating for four guests and offers a flat screen television with a high speed fibre optic connection plus full British TV including Sky and several international channels. From the lounge you have access to the large south facing balcony through sliding patio-style doors. On the balcony, with its partial views towards the harbour, you'll find comfortable exterior dining for four, with an umbrella for shade, along with two sun loungers. The kitchen has all mod cons such as dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and oven. The community provides two swimming pools and it only offers street parking around the urbanisation.
