Our pet friendly and spacious entire 2nd-floor apartment is in a 1910 heritage home. Not suitable for children. Beautiful views from the front sunroom, large front porch and small back veranda overlooking a charming garden area and wooded hill. Full kitchen, fridge, stove, microvave, coffee maker, etc. 2 Bedrooms, Dining Room, Living Room, Sunroom. Short 5 minute walk to Cleveland's stunning Edgewater Park, Beach and new multi-million dollar Beach House/Bar/Food. Bike and walking paths and the best bay view of Downtown Cleveland.

Absolutely beautiful place, the hosts were better then a family and we enjoyed mornings on the porch with muffins baked for us by the host :) quiet neighborhood with flowers everywhere and tastefully decorated home! We did not want to leave the place and rebooked it already !

Everything was exceptional from the first communication to leaving early this morning. The place is beautiful and soothing. The house was spotless. The location is fantastic and easy to get all over Cleveland. We had a wonderful stay and we will be back,

We had the best stay, I highly recommend! The beds were very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was outstanding and Robert was a very thoughtful host. They had thought of all sorts of little touches that made it feel like home, we had everything we needed and then some! We will definitely be staying here again!

The property is beautiful and just as described in the listing. The neighborhood is gorgeous and lovely to walk around. Only downside is the train runs directly behind the property and can be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper. Also, I was contacted by owner to see if it was ok to enter the apartment while we were out for "plant maintenance". This seemed excessive seeing as the plants would only not have been looked after for three days. That being said, the upstairs apartment was lovely.

Yes, the potted plants on the porch, including two hanging ferns get stressed and dry out very quickly in summer. So, I like to check on them every few days. I asked permission to water them and our guest said to go ahead. I'm confused as to why the guest felt it was excessive, as she granted me permission and was only positive in all our interactions. As for the sound of the train, to put it in perspective, we've had only 3-4 guests even mention it in 7 years of hosting over 1,000 guests. It has been a non-issue for the vast majority of our guests. Hence, our VIP, 5 star rating.

The apartment is as pictured. Very clean and the hosts were friendly and responsive. We are very happy we stayed here. Only thing to know for some travelers is that the stairwell leading up is steep. However, for those with average mobility, it is not an issue. If I am ever in Cleveland again, I will definitely check on this availability.

BoHo was a greatspot to visit Cleveland. Close to Edgewater Beach Park for a stroll, just minutes from downtown, or a bit farther to University Circle. We loved the sun room for morning coffee and open porch in evenings. Perfect size for two traveling couples !

The apartment was immediately comfortable with loads of character. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot with great pressure, the unit stocked with coffee, and they even started us with a couple of delicious muffins. The location was convenient to everything and in a very cute and safe neighborhood. Tge hosts thread the needle of neing present and helpful without being intrusive in the least. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet, but close enough to enjoy downtown Cleveland. The home was clean and had so much charm. The decor was well thought out and intentional.We especially enjoyed the LEGO decor! The overall vibe was peaceful and welcoming. It truly felt like home away from home. Thank you, Robert and Tony!

Cozy and thoughtful place!

We’ve stayed at Robert’s before and jumped at the chance to return when visiting our friends in town. This is a great location with cozy decor and a great use of space. Not to mention the providing of snacks and coffee for easy mornings. We’ll definitely be back again!
