The upstairs bedroom was extremely hot due to no A/C, which made the upper half of the apartment unlivable. We would’ve stayed elsewhere had the lack of A/C been disclosed. The host said she ordered an A/C unit for future guests, but did not respond to our request for a partial refund.

Good place, Good host but you need to know you have to walk up a steep flight of dirty stairs to get to the cute apartment on the 2nd floor. No bedroom doors or privacy curtain, No central air and the couch is sorta sketchy but the rest of the place met our needs nicely. Oh, and if you're fat like me, you may need to shower with the door open to the shower because it is very small corner shower.

Location was A-one!! close to downtown area- a 7-minute uber/lyft ride away! And close to an area with tons of places to eat, coffee shops- all only a block away-- Neighborhood was really nice. No fears here. Place was a 2nd floor apartment- we really only used it to sleep at night as we spent most of our time downtown. Value for the money was spot on- Highly recommended

Great location and a nice dwelling space. Very accessible to a lot of what Cleveland has to offer. Our host, Kia, was very attentive and nice as well. Something to keep in mind if staying: there is no door for the downstairs bedroom. So if you require privacy, that is something to keep in mind.Overall, I would definitely return to this space for our nex visit

This place was my first VRBO; we booked the place due to location and because my son would have the loft. However, the unit is too hot for the summer and shouldn’t be rented unless the owner gets a second, or much larger A/C unit. When I texted the owner about the A/C, there was a quick response that the place was advertised with a window unit and fans. This was accurate, but buried in the ad; I was surprised. The first floor finally cooled by our third day there, but the large loft above never cooled enough for our teen son to sleep there. The ceiling fan and box fan the owner put on a chair by the bed wasn’t enough. My wife woke sweating after trying to take nap in the loft. Our son had to sleep on the couch, both nights, next to the window A/C. The place has four ceiling fans, but they weren’t sufficient to cool. The owner really needs to keep the A/C running and not turn it off between guests, or turn it on two days prior to the guest arriving; when we arrived it was on fan setting, blowing air, but not a/c. Also, basic amenities were missing, like measuring cups; there was no coffee and one ice tray. The kitchen cupboards were mostly empty. Could use more mugs (only three) and silverware. While the space was large enough for us, it was only useful because we ate out and mostly used it as a place to sleep. Reviews from last year named similar complaints that continue unmitigated. I doubt the number of 10/10 excellent reviews, and am disappointed with our stay
