Endroit superbe

L'emplacement de l'appartement était idéal. Appartement vraiment bien aménagé et proche de la plage. Proche des commerce et du centre ville. On peut tout faire à pieds. Je recommande.

TrÚs bien placé

Logement trÚs agréable, spacieux et trÚs bien placé, dans une impasse à 200 m de la plage par un chemin de sable. Seul petit bémol, il manque des accessoires de cuisine ou certains sont incomplets, mais rien de grave. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Idéal pour surfer

TrĂšs proche de l’ocĂ©an, Ă  pied par le chemin cĂŽtĂ© dune sur un spot connu, spacieux et fonctionnel (comme a la maison) seul petit manque vu qu’il y a un four c’est un moule Ă  gĂąteau et de quoi suspendre les combinaisons sur la terrasse. Sinon c’était parfait

Grandioses Preis-Leistungs-VerhÀltnis

Wegen einer frĂŒheren Bewertung zur dĂŒrftigen KĂŒchenausstattung hatten wir einiges von daheim mitgebracht, aber hier wurde offenbar nachgerĂŒstet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir waren 12 Leute und hatten auch das benachbarte Apartment gemietet. Wir konnten problemlos alle zusammen in einem Haus essen. Im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen anderen Objekten ist hier die RealitĂ€t gerĂ€umiger als es die Fotos vermuten lassen. Die Agence Landaise war wie immer extrem penibel bei der Endreinigung. Wir hatten auch in der Vergangenheit mit dieser Agentur immer wieder Diskussionen ĂŒber die Sauberkeit, selbst wenn wir das Haus besser geputzt hatten, als wir es vorgefunden hatten. (Bei anderen Agenturen war es dagegen immer unproblematisch) Daher haben wir uns dieses Mal dafĂŒr entschieden fĂŒr die Endreinigung zu zahlen (nicht gerade wenig), um diesem Stress diesmal aus dem Weg zu gehen. Wir hatten das Geschirr gewaschen und verrĂ€umt, alle MĂŒlleimer geleert, den Grill auf Hochglanz geputzt uns alles wieder fein sĂ€uberlich an seinen Platz gestellt, wie wir es vorgefunden hatten. Trotzdem ernteten wir eine Standpauke, wie wir sie bisher noch nicht erlebt hatten: Vor allem weil der Boden sandig war und der Badspiegel Zahnpastaspritzer aufwies. Ja, tschuldigung, fĂŒr was zahlen wir denn, wenn trotzdem alles schon pippifein ĂŒbergeben werden muss? Das hinterlĂ€sst mal wieder einen schalen Nachgeschmack bei einem ansonsten sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Mimizan Plage ein sehr tolles Urlaubsort

Das Ferienhaus war schön und groß,vorallem sehr nahe zum Strand ideal fur Familien mit Kindern. Wenn man mit dĂŒnne WĂ€nde und sehr großes LĂ€rm umgehen kann. Sauberkeit: hĂ€tte ein bisschen mehr sein können. Ausstattung des Ferienhauses: WĂ€schestĂ€nder war kaputt. SchĂŒssel,Pfannen und Töpfe wenig vorhanden und veraltet.Nur die linke HĂ€lfte des Herdes hat funktioniert. Besteck unscharf,wir konnte nicht mal richtig das Brot schneiden. LĂ€rm: Es handelt sich hier um einen Reihenferienhaus,deswegen was ich richtig zu bemĂ€ngeln hatte,waren die sehr sehr dĂŒnne WĂ€nde. Die Jungsgruppe die neben uns wohnten in den Zeitraum waren leider sehr RĂŒcksichtlos jedes mal wo sie die Treppen hochgelaufen sind oder wo sie jeden morgen um 4:00.Party gemacht haben, haben sie uns alle geweckt inklusiv unsere kleine Kinder waren wach. Sonst war Mimizan Plage super,sehr empfehlenswert, hat uns sehr gefallen............

FeWo direkt an der DĂŒne

Leider war die Wohnung nur spĂ€rlich ausgestattet. Ich empfehle etwas mehr Kochgeschirr. Die Betten quietschen, die Wohnung ist hellhörig. Empfehlung: breitere Betten. DafĂŒr geht der Preis voll in Ordnung. Am Strand ist man in weit unter 10 Minuten. Allerdings: Baden wegen der Brandung nur bis zur HĂŒfte zu empfehlen.

La maison est spacieuse et trÚs bien équipée. L'intérieur est refait à neuf avec goût. L'espace extérieur est un plus. Nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir à y passer la semaine et nous y sommes vraiment sentis chez nous!

Location trÚs bien située à cÎté de la plage mais aussi centre Mimizan. Logement agréable et fonctionnel refait à neuf. Dommage la terrasse extérieure est pas entretenue, bancs et table en trÚs mauvais état.
