Excellent hébergement dans un quartier très paisible ! La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Bien située entre Mimizan Plage et Mimizan Bourg, tout est approximité. Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables. A réserver les yeux fermés !Merci à Claudie et André.

La maison est tout simplement superbe. Elle se trouve dans un magnifique quartier résidentiel très calme du village. Grâce à sa situation tout est à proximité, les commerces, la fôret, la plage, le lac... La piste cyclable passe juste à côté et on n'a même pas besoin de prendre la voiture. C'est une très belle villa modernisée et aménagée avec goût. Les couleurs claires, le mobilier et la belle luminosité à l'intérieur font qu'on s'y sent tout de suite très bien. En ce qui concerne les différents équipements tout est sur place et il ne manque quasiment rien. La cuisine est un véritable eldorado pour tous ceux qui adorent cuisiner. Tout est là et en quantité suffisante. Les équipements sont modernes et de qualité. La très grande télé connectée dans le salon nous a bien servi pour admirer les photos de nos vacances. Trois grandes chambres permettent que chacun et chacune trouvera son petit coin cosy. Le grand jardin est très agréable et on peut facilementgarer deux voitures sur le terrain devant la maison. La terrasse extérieure couverte équippée d'un store permet de profiter des belles journées à l'ombre ou des soirées dehors. La villa dispose également d'une véranda, qui est aussi très agréable à utiliser. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse et d'une réactivité exemplaire, les échanges sont très plaisants dès la première prise de contact. Nous avons déjà hâte d'y revenir une prochaine fois. Un grand merci et bravo aux propriétaires. :-)

Topausstattung in ruhiger Lage

Wir (Familie mit zwei Teenagern und Hund) haben 10 Tage in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet in ruhiger Lage etwas abseits vom Trubel, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Zum Strand mit dem Auto braucht man trotzdem nur etwa 10 min (6 km zu Fuss), darüberhinaus gibt es ein recht gut ausgebautes Netz an Fahrradwegen so dass man alle Entfernungen auch problemlos mit dem Fahrrad zurücklegen kann. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und entspricht der Beschreibung. Hervorheben möchte ich jedoch besonders die hohe Qualität der Ausstattung. Da ich oft und gerne koche, lege ich viel Wert auf scharfe Messer und brauchbares Kochgeschirr. Die Messer waren scharf und die Teflonpfannen waren ohne nennenswerte Kratzer. Darüberhinaus gab es sogar brauchbare Weingläser. Der Herd hat Induktion und Mikrowelle und Backofen waren in einwandfreien Zustand. Der Kühlschrank war groß und lief bereits als wir ankamen. Das alles habe ich so in dieser Qualität bisher noch nicht erlebt, so dass ich die meisten mitgebrachten Haushaltsgegenstände umsonst dabei hatte (Messer, Pfanne). Man hat gemerkt, dass der Vermieter das Haus auch selber nutzt. Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft für einen Familienurlaub in Mimizan nur empfehlen.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, in der Küche fehlte uns nichts. Es gab Sitzgelegenheit innen und auch außen. Die Betten waren bequem. Badezimmer auch sehr schön. Das Fahrradweg ist praktisch vom Haus gewesen. Es dauerte etwa 25 Minuten, bis wir am Strand waren. Die Besitzer sind sehr aufmerksam und haben mehrmals in der Woche nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Schöne Willkommensgeschenke warteten auf uns. Kleine Mankos: Das Haus an sich ist ziemlich hellhörig, Garten bräuchte ein wenig mehr Pflege und In der Nähe gibt es eine Papierfabrik, die man am Nachmittag und Abend richtig spüren kann :)

Comme à la maison

Maison tout équipé très agréable, confortable et quartier tranquille. Les propriétaires sont très sympa avec des petites attentions toujours bienvenue 🤗 Vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous On a pu emmener nos 2 chiens 🐕 Station balnéaire très dog friendly ! Notamment la plage de l Especier.
