Cute Beach House w/ Heated Pool Sleeps 10 walk to beach

Welcome to Waterlily! This 4 bedroom 2.5 bath beach house has been renovated and updated just in time for your summer vacation. With a pool in the back yard, the beach just 3 blocks away, and plenty of sunshine on the back deck, you'll have plenty of options to enjoy the outdoors on your trip to St. Simon's Island. The house has 4 bedroom and 2.5 baths is the perfect spot for your family vacation!

THE SPACE
Primary Bedroom Suite: King bed, flat screen TV, full en suite attached bathroom with dual vanity sinks and shower. Private access to the back deck and pool.

Second Suite: Configured the same as the Primary Bedroom above - king bed, flat screen TV, en suite attached bedroom, and private access to the deck and pool area. The only material difference is that the attached full bathroom with tub/shower is shared.

Queen's Room: Queen Bed - sleeps 2. Casual comfortable decor - you can't help but relax in this bedroom!

Bunk Room: The fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds - sleeps 4 total. We had kids in mind when we designed this room but kept the decor neutral so boys, girls, teens, or adults will feel at home. Bathrooms: In addition to the 2 full bathrooms described above, there is a half bath nearest the bunk room.

The pool outside gets plenty of sun and is a good size for family swim & play - it measures 13x25. We look forward to hosting you on your vacation! FLETC considered for winter and spring months.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
