The property was beautiful and very well kept. The kitchen was perfect to cook in. All the pots and pans and everything you need to make a gourmet meal just be sure to bring your own spices. We enjoyed our stay!

The Beach House was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had my family, which was a family of 4, plus my mom and dad. Everyone was very comfortable with the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean with very soft towels. The kitchen had everything that we could want for cooking there at the house. It was great to have the extra large refrigerator for our stuff as well as a dedicated beverage refrigerator. We loved the easy walk to the beach and being able to come back and shower off and get in the pool. I would definitely stay there again!

A couple of rooms needed the carpet cleaned but other than that it was clean. The kitchen was great and the living area was not only beautiful it was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool almost every day. The weather couldn’t be more perfect.

It's a great house in a great location! We could easily get to all our favorite spots on SSI. It was just my wife and I on the trip but the house would definitely be a great family house rental - lots of room for 9-10 people, well appointed, lots of seating, large dinner table good for eating and playing games on. Pool is probably comfy for just 4-6 people but it's a good pool and clean - with the heat index hitting 104 during our stay the pool being a little in shade in back was perfect temp wise. The outdoors have lots of seating as well, plenty of room for people to gather and hang out. Well decorated also and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Really enjoyed the house!

The house is beautifully renovated, but kept the beach house cottage charm. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need…and then some. There was ample room for our family and friends. The house is within walking distance of most things in St Simon. It was the perfect rental house for our vacation.

Great home for a big group. We loved the fenced yards for the dogs and spent most of our time in the back around the pool. Really well equipped kitchen and great inside space for all to sit and talk. Really hope to come back!

Great House/Great Location

We loved our stay at the Beach House. The house was beautiful and in close proximity to the beach and downtown area. We were able to ride our bikes to shops, dining and the beach. We loved our stay and would come back to SSI and to this house!

Great location

We loved our stay at the beach house! It’s in a great location. Short walk or drive to the beach and restaurants. There are a lot of trees around that causes the pool and backyard sitting area to get pretty dirty but a little cleaning each morning and it was fine. Would definitely rent again!

Very nice home with space for our family. Updated kitchen and large living area were where we spent the majority of our time. The pool was just the right size for the kids (ages 4, 6, and 9). Bedrooms were put together well and there are plenty of bathrooms to accommodate a large bunch.
