These villas are located in "Morningside Tower" at the **Sheraton Steamboat Mountain Villas, built specifically as true resort villas — not converted hotel rooms.

Our 2BR/2BA Villas are 1,627 sq. ft. each (nearly double the size of lock-off units, which are only 760 sq. ft. and NOT on the front of the building).
The 3BR/3BA Villa is 1,946 sq. ft. and sleeps up to 8 guests.

Forget the hype — this is genuine ski-in/ski-out.
If you don’t slow down at the base of the lift… you might ski right into the Sheraton's lobby!

Amazing ski condo!

This is a wonderful unit in a fantastic building. The condo is spacious and well appointed. The location is amazing for a perfect ski in/ski out vacation. Jesse is a great host - great communication and availability to answer questions. We loved our visit!

Outstanding location!!

Doesn’t get any closer to the mountain than Sheraton Villas! Spectacular views, very clean and lots of space. Jesse was a tremendous host and his property recap is 100% accurate. Despite a few Covid related inconveniences, it was a flawless stay.

The Sheraton is absolutely perfect for family at the very base of the mountain, directly next to the best location! As a family, we travel 3-5 times per year and also own Starwood Timeshare Properties in Hawaii, The Bahamas, And St. John. We love this Sheraton Steamboat property! You will, too!

Why they chose this property

Steamboat is a magnificent town, and the mountain skiing here rivals any skiing we've done anywhere. We've had powder to our knees every Christmas/New Year Week! We love the are sooooo many properties in Steamboat that claim this, or claim at the end of the off the mountain, ski right into the Ski Storage area, give the attendant your skis, walk a few feet, go up the private elevator, and right into your direct mountainfront Villa. THAT'S life at the Sheraton Mountainside Villas! Gorgeous resort 21 private vacation villas (the rest of the resort, in seperate wings, feature hotel rooms)
