About this property

House in the heart of the village with a large enclosed garden

Welcome to Séné in the Gulf of Morbihan,

Séné has a superb natural heritage which the seascapes mingle with the surrounding countryside. Its 47 kilometers of coastline will offer splendid scenery of the Gulf. Beaches for swimmers but also mudflats for fishermen on foot between the tips of Montsarrac and that of the Bill, to Port-Anna fishing port.

A choice of entertainment for all: the sailing to Moustérian, rides aboard Sinagots (traditional fishing boat), an equestrian center, nature reserve to Brouel ...

Senna is also a magnificent view to discover from the belfry of the church, a countryside and green spaces for quiet walks and a multitude of coastal paths and inland paths await hikers and mountain bikers.

The house is near the coastal path (300m). It faces south and is the heart of town close to shops but far enough to enjoy the quiet of this town. It has a fully walled plot of 2000m2 which is an ideal place to allow children to play safely.

It can accommodate 8 guests with all the comforts but also can help up to 10 but on a sofa bed

You will find on the ground floor 1 bedroom (double bed), living room, dining room, kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 bed 2 people + standard sofa bed + cot wooden and 2 beds 1), a small shower, a toilet

The one car garage is accessible and you can park very easily several cars in front of the house (3 without any problem)

Regarding household equipment, they are new.

Finally, for the garden you have a large garden table with parasol, 4 chairs and a barbecue

Grand House in A Good Location

This large property and garden provided excellent spacious accommodation for our party of 8 people. Its location in Sene provide easy acces to Vannes and to the region attractions and the ferry to the islands. Its position in the centre of the village places local shops , a small supermarket, an excellent restaurant, bank and post office just a few steps away from the garden gate. We enjoyed the local market that takes place on Friday afternoon. The owner and his agent are readily available and provide information about the area should you need it. We thoroughly recommend this property, you can book with confidence.

Perfect for our group

We booked this house for La Semaine de Golf du Morbihan. The location was perfect and only 10 minutes walk from the buses to the port. We were in the centre of Séné, close to the boulangerie and supermarket. Christophe was very helpful before our stay, and check in was easy. The house was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. The garden was lovely and we spent our time out there when not rowing. Thank you so much. We will be back!

Séjour parfait à Séné

Maison très agréable, très bien équipée et très bien située dans le bourg de Séné avec les plages à proximité. Parfait pour une famille et/ou réunion d’amis. Les chambres sont grandes, 3 chambres avec un grand lit et 1 chambre avec 2 petits lits. Grand jardin complètement clôturé et donc idéal pour des enfants. Un accueil très chaleureux. C’était top et aucune fausse note.

Grande maison spacieuse et confortable, bien équipée, bonne literie. Très calme, grand jardin et parking. Une adresse à retenir

De belles surprises en arrivant dans la propriété : -un accueil remarquable grâce à un couple qui nous indique les bonnes adresses, les sites à visiter en prenant en compte nos attentes -une maison spacieuse, lumineuse, propre et très bien équipée (mieux que sur les photos dans l'annonce). Une terrasse nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas en extérieur -si vous souhaitez vous reposer, c'est la bonne adresse. Maison très calme malgré sa situation exceptionnelle en plein cœur du bourg de Séné. Tous les services sont à moins de 200m. -le petit plus très agréable: un sms du propriétaire qui a pris de nos nouvelles durant notre séjour. Cette maison nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous. Nous prévoyons d'y retourner 15 jours l'an prochain

Une location au coeur du village de SENE

Belle maison au coeur du village bien pratique pour aller chercher le pain au boulanger du coin (peu aimable) ,une supérette est à 100M ,très propre,lits fait en arrivant (dommage pas de petits présents de bienvenue: biscuits,cidre ou vin .... c'est pourtant la région) belle pelouse bien entretenue,beau terrain on se sent à l'aise et non à l'étroit,vaisselle un peu à revoir,manque de fourchettes pour 2 repas par journée à 8 personnes,verres fatigués par le lave vaisselle,un sèche linge serait le bienvenue car la bretagne toujours humide, pour le séchage à l'extérieur,beaucoup de belles ballades à faire dans la région que nous avons découverte,une belle location avec un prix qu'il ne faut pas dépasser.

A pleasant stay

This property is ideally placed within walking distance of a small supermarket, restaurants and a bar. There is an excellent bus service which will take you into Vannes if you don't want to drive. The house has a large walled garden with lawns and apple trees providing shade on hot days. Altogether a very pleasant location.

Maison agréable et bien équipée au cœur du bourg de Séné.

La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée, et se situe au centre du bourg ce qui présente l'avantage de pouvoir faire ses achats du quotidien à pied. Le propriétaire ainsi que Mr et Mme Bonnin sont des personnes de confiance qui font leur maximum pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible et même un peu plus. Très appréciable sont les lits déjà faits lors de l'arrivée. Si nous le pouvons nous y retournerons avec un très grand plaisir. Nos filles ont pu profiter à plein du grand jardin et de la terrasse.
