In the pine forest, nice house on one level, quiet (sleeps 6 people), with sunny garden and fenced (120 m2), 2 covered parking spaces, including:

- 2 bedrooms with 140 beds, wardrobes + 1 extra bed 1 person
- 1 large bathroom with two sinks, shower, closet, towel
- 1 living room with sofa bed 2 places, TNT digital TV flat screen, DVD player, CD player, table 8 people.
- 1 equipped kitchen including a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven, kettle, Senseo coffee maker and filter, kitchen utensils.
- 1 utility room with freezer, washing machine, sink
- 1 garden terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
- 1 iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, etc.
- 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 toilet and 1 reducer pot

Location: near the tennis courts (2 minutes walk), a few minutes by bike or car shopping: market, bakeries, food, shops, restaurants, ice cream parlor, hairdresser, cinema, doctors and pharmacies. Medium and large surfaces within 5 KM. Located 1. 5 km from the beach (Bramble); the bike path leads you to other beaches such as The Golden Braid (3. 5 KM), Bay of Embellie, the Spanish and the wild coast Pointe.

Sports: bike rental & quads (5 minutes walk), jet ski rentals, boat, windsurfing, horseback riding, etc. Many cycling to get around safely.
To visit: the oyster port of La Tremblade, tastings of seafood, the island of Oleron, Fort Boyard, the lighthouse of Coubre, Rochefort and its royal rope, the magnificent zoo Palmyre, the aquarium of La Rochelle, Royan, Hiers Brouage, city fortified by Vauban.

Are provided blankets (thick 4 and 2 small), 3 bolsters and 5 140 square pillows.
Sheets and pillowcases, towels and other towels not provided.

Cleaning: cleaning is not included in the rental price. We ask our tenants to make the housing clean.

Water and electricity included.

No internet connection and unfortunately not agreed to accept checks holidays.

Pets may be allowed on request.

No smoking in the house.
