The unit consists of the 3 upper levels of the house, with four bedrooms, den, full kitchen, dining room, 2.5 restrooms, laundry, and a garden. Enjoy free parking and free WiFi during your stay, and find yourself in a location that is both a suitable home base for exploring the city, as well as a reprieve from the bustle of the downtown core.

This 110 yr old home, nestled perfectly between Roncesvalles Village, High Park, and the Toronto Lakeshore is close to the Keel and Dundas W subway stations, as well as the 504 King streetcar. And, not to forget, just a short walk to the UP Express, which can get you downtown in a sweet 15 minutes! The area is quite quiet, with many young families.

The neighborhood has many bars, restaurants, boutiques, vintage clothing stores, bakeries, cafes, parks--the whole shebang! Lot's to offer for young families and young people. You'll be hard pressed to find someone who doesn't love living here. Guests will have access to:

- the SMART TV in the living room.

- laundry machine, dryer, and iron;

- a well-equipped kitchen, with a gas stove and dishwasher;

- on site parking for 2 cars tandem ;

- and central air conditioning.

Wonderful Toronto weekend in a beautiful home

We had a great 3-night ladies’ weekend in this home. The house was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen area with the large island and table was a great place to hang out. The patio was also a lovely area to relax. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and walking to nearby High Park. Just a note on parking, there is only room to park one car behind the house so a pass is needed from the city to park other vehicles on the street (7 day @ CAD $25, 1 or 2 day passes cost less). Also, some dedicated/marked closet space for guests would have been welcome. We would definitely recommend this home to others.

Lovely home in great neighbourhood and close to amenities

We had a lovely stay. The house was beautiful. Lisa was available for any questions. We enjoyed walking in the neighbourhood and it’s close enough to walk to restaurants and stores as well.

Family Holiday in High Park

We had a wonderful 6 night stay in a Lisa’s lovely home, communication prompt, Lisa was extremely helpful and the location is superb. I would have preferred to have known before booking that there were people living in the basement but it wasn’t a major problem for us.

Great location & Great Home!

We were in town for our son's wedding and rented this lovely home for 5 nights. Everything was top notch -- the kitchen is a chef's dream. Everything is renovated and there is so much room for a city home. Beautiful yard and outside sitting area with gorgeous plants. Four very comfortable beds. Everything was also very clean -- this is super important to us when renting homes. Nice bathrooms -- very modern. Parking for only one vehicle was not a problem. Went on-line to get parking permit when needed for a guest. Plenty of towels and amenities. If I had to say anything, maybe an extra sheet set would have been great since no access to washer/dryer in house. Owner answered our few questions immediately and was a pleasure to work with. As for location, it cannot be beat if you want to tour downtown Toronto. A 15-minute UBER ride into downtown. Be sure to walk around High Park (which is basically across the street from the house). We recommend this home highly and give it a 5-star rating due to cleanliness, comfort, beauty, charm, size. Had a fantastic time and made a great decision to rent this home.

Location is great for any venue in the GTA. Close to TTC access, main roads. Everything required from kids to adults. Will stay again for sure. The Host is very quick to respond to anything and made sure all was well during our entire visit. Can't wait to return

Dream kitchen and dining area in 4-bedroom house!

Loved it! Stunningly renovated, large rooms, well equipped. Kitchen was a dream to work in for our 2 chefs. Parking for 2 cars in back yard was a definite plus. Quiet neighbourhood, and an easy drive to attractions and restaurants in downtown Toronto. Bedrooms were very comfortable, although 2 bedrooms on 3rd floor were a little cool and they had to come down one floor to use the bathroom. Great window seat in the living room, wide and long, with lots of cushions. Thanks for Netflix! Only disappointment was the lack of directions on how to use the dishwasher, and lack of a traditional coffeemaker -- we are not Nespresso fans, although we did appreciate that the pods were included in the rental. Overall, we really enjoyed the house and would definitely rent again!

Perfect home

This home was in excellent condition, very clean, lots of towels and toiletries supplied. It was the perfect size for our family plus grand parents. Lisa was a great host who was quick to respond to my questions and timely return of our deposit. The location was perfect, within walking distance to High Park, a 15 min walk to small shops for groceries and a short 15 minute Uber ride to downtown Toronto. I would highly recommend this home and hope it is available on our next trip to Toronto!

This property is in a great location. You can get to all concerts and conference centres is 20 mins by car. It has superb access to public transit. It is a fantastic community with a wide variety of restaurants and shops within a 5 - 10 min walk.
