The spacious, 3-story residence is located in the heart of Rosedale. The home is surrounded by the gorges and ravines that define the neighborhood, offering seclusion from the city core conveniently located minutes away.

The furnished, fully appointed residence has been architecturally designed using exquisite Italian finishes. Over 3,500 square feet of living space complements the homes exterior garden (200 foot deep treed lot) providing an opportunity for adults and children alike to lounge, barbeque, and enjoy the outdoors.

2 bedrooms (One Queen, One Double bed) are located on the second floor, each with an ensuite bathroom. 2 bedrooms are located on the third floor (One Queen, One King bed), with a shared bathroom. The home is ideal for 2 couples and 2 children, or 1 couple and 2 to 4 children.

The lower level boasts an entertainment room with a flat screen TV, Sonos system, Xbox, Apple TV and Netflix.

Covered parking is provided for 1 car (please inquire if additional parking is required) and there is easy access to the city core by foot, bike or subway. Street parking in front of the house is also available.

For over one hundred years Rosedale has held the distinction of being the city's most fashionable address, and many of Toronto's wealthiest and most prominent citizens reside here. Built between 1860 and 1930, many of Rosedale's large and stately homes are Heritage Properties constructed in Victorian, Georgian, Tudor and Edwardian styles.

A one month minimum stay is required, along with a security deposit and cleaning fee. Please contact the owner to inquire if shorter stays are available.

Please note that the house is in a residential neighbourhood with the possibility of noise from leaf blowers, or construction.
