It has spectacular and unobstructed views of Nordic Valley Ski Resort, North Fork Park and Snowbasin Ski Resort. The private deck is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset after a day of excitement in the Ogden Valley or a short distance across the parking lot the welcoming community hot tub awaits to help relax.

The Powder Mountain free Shuttle picks up just a short walk from your front door. Powder Mountain is continuing to offer an uncrowded experience, just make sure to purchase tickets online in advance, especially for night skiing which sells out often.

We enjoyed our stay! Pickleball and mini golf were a fun added bonus! My kids enjoyed the pool and i enjoyed that it wasn’t packed with people!

Clean, great location, a bit tired though.

This unit was clean and the location is amaing, but this unit is a bit tired and outdated compared to other units I have stayed in here. It could use an update. Overall though, its decent for the price. The entire complex could use some TLC, but the pool and clubhouse are nice and never crowded.

Would have to agree with other reviewers that the unit is dated. That said, it was clean and well stocked. It's a great location for the mountains and the large lake/ reservoir. We had one reading light that was broken, and many of the outlets didn't hold the plug-ins well. All in all it served our purpose and we would stay there again.

Big enough to be comfortable but small enough for a lot of interaction and the inability for kids to hide. A bit dated but for the price and location an excellent value. Our family of five had a great time.
