Bien située

Bien situé. Seulement 150 m de la plage. Il faut traverser la rue et la plage est juste de l’autre côté du petit boisé. La cafetière avec les pad devrait être remplacée. Le joint d’étanchéité fuit et le comptoir se remplit d’eau. L’ensemble patios est à remplacer. Le lave-vaisselle ne nettoie pas bien. Peut-être le savon? À voir. Très inconfortable et les coussins se ramasse par terre. Aussi l’ajout de coussins sur les chaises de la table extérieur serait grandement utiles. Inconfortable pour les fesses. Dernière petite chose, avoir des petites chaises de plage seraient une bonne idée. Somme toute c’est très bien. Je le recommande.

Villa très agréable

La villa est spacieuse, bien agencée, la cuisine est bien équipée. La mer est à moins de 50 m et on peut la voir de la terrasse. Fabrice nous a très bien accueilli, il était facilement joignable.

Agréable séjour en Martinique début avril 2019, dans la villa RUBIS idéalement située au bord de mer en face du diamant. Location très bien équipée (piscine, climatisation, 3 chambres avec douche et WC chacune). Personnel très accueillant. Nous avons qu'une hâte y retourner.

Perfekt ausgestattete, schöne Villa in top Lage

Die Villa Rubis besitzt alles was man für den perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Der Empfang und Check in mit David war sehr freundlich und umfangreich. Die Villa selber liegt super in der Nähe vom Zentrum le Diamant, welches fußläufig erreichbar ist. Gleichzeitig sind es rund 20m direkt zum Stand. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Auch die Ausstattung lässt nichts vermissen. Von Tellern und Bettwäsche über einen Grill bis hin zur Orangenpresse und Kaffemaschine ist alles in tadellosem Zustand vorhanden. Absolut zu empfehlen für einen perfekten Aufenthalt auf Martinique.

Serene and comfortable

Martinique is a beautiful island and each beach is wonderful in its own unique way. Diamant was stunning and we really enjoyed exploring the entire island. The house had everything we needed to make our vacation perfect. The kitchen is well equipped and you can easily walk into town for a fresh baguette in the morning. A car is necessary to truly appreciate all that Martinique has to offer. We truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you David and Fabrice for your hospitality and for being patient with our limited French.

Agréable location située en bord de mer

Nous venons de passer les fêtes de fin d’année dans cette location très bien entretenue. La proximité de la belle plage du Diamant (juste la route et le petit bois à traverser soit 2 min à pied) ou la piscine nous a tous convaincu. Je recommande cette maison ! (Même les voisins sont accueillants :-) Le petit bourg est également très agréable. Merci à David (et Fabrice) pour sa réactivité ;-)

Villa bien équipée et bien placée

Nous avons apprécié une maison bien équipée avec une sale de bain/WC par chambre. La terrasse est très agréable même si le passage fréquent des voitures perturbe le repos. La plage en proximité est très peu fréquentée et donc paisible. Très belle vue sur le rocher de la plage. La ville de diamant est bien situé pour découvrir le sud de l'isle. Mention spéciale au propriétaire pour sa sollicitude et sa réactivité. Très bonne adresse.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus - mit Allem, was man braucht - in fantastischer Umgebung

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl wir später angekommen sind, hat David, der Hausverwalter, auf uns gewartet und uns alles ausführlich gezeigt. Die Verständigung war sehr lustig, ein wenig englisch, französisch und mit Händen und Füßen, hat super funktioniert. Die Betten waren sauber bezogen und Wechsel-Bettwäsche war auch da. Es gibt aber auch eine Waschmaschine, mit der alles schnell durchgewaschen ist. Ein Wäscheständer ist auch vorhanden. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, so dass man auch mal was tolles kochen kann. Es gibt sogar einen Fernseher, den wir allerdings nie benutzt haben. Wir haben uns meistens auf der schönen Terrasse - mit Meerblick - aufgehalten. Zum Stand sind es nur ein paar Schritte und zum Einkaufen ist es auch nicht weit. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns prima erholt, so dass wir bestimmt wieder kommen.
